Really disappointed this morning. The breakfast sandwiches are not cheap but sounded good so I stopped to grab one. Well got to work and opened it to find a burnt wrap, half way filled. The part that was filled was mostly egg with a couple small spinach pieces. Wrap was so burnt that I couldn’t eat it and I wasn’t in the mood for just an egg white so it all went in the trash. Ordered a small coffee and got a cup so small that even my coworkers asked when a small went to THAT small, not even sure the cup is an actual cup. Wasted a gift card and money, won’t be returning.

1 star for the store itself ignoring my substitution. I substituted almond milk for oat milk as I’m allergic to almond milk. They ignored that and gave me almond milk. Thankfully chat support was helpful and understanding.

I ordered a Chestnut Praline Frappe ahead before i got there, because i didn't want it to be liquidy, and it wasn't ready yet so i was like yay! it won't watery ish. Well i got it, and i drove to my job, and it was like just drinking flavored milk. VERY liquidy. It doesn't even have the icy type of frappe to it. the way it's supposed to be. i took a video of it but it won't let me upload. Normally its SO good when i come here. And i even used my star rewards, so it made me even more upset.

Ugh… I proclaimed on arrival that I’m not a Starbucks regular, was picking up an order for work. The guy taking order was great, the one making drinks was sloppy and the one giving me my drinks was stupid. Five drinks and she asks if I need a tray, no I’m an octopus, can I have straws? They are by the door even though she was putting them in to go orders. Merry Christmas

Friendly staff. Due to our being Christmas Eve, they were a little short staffed and apologized. Not a problem as we were in no rush. Got a pink drink and munchies. Not a long wait at all.

Extremely slow service without it being busy at all. Barely any acknowledgment, poor customer service
