1 star overall rating because the very pale assistant manager working on 4/02/24 at 16:19:32 needs to learn proper customer service etiquette! I asked a simple question because the bread rack was halfway covering the small white sign (in the corner and below the other menus) so I did not see it, and he very crappily pointed but didn't show me. I asked where and he got even crappier. Had the woman who helped me not come out with a smile, I'd have chosen elsewhere to eat with my crew members because of this! Food has 4 stars because I've had better and I've had worse. Service is ONLY AT 5 stars because of the woman who had a smile. If rating the assistant manager, I'd reccomend a negative rating scale. The atmosphere is at 2 stars because it wasn't pleasant watching this "power happy" ASSISTANT Manager talk to his employees the way he did when they asked him simple questions. Especially since they appeared to be in training. Uncalled for and I'm surprised you can get anyone to stay if working under what I witnessed today as their person of authority and training (I.e. the assistant manager!)

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The lady making the sandwich was so slow acting as if I had all day. Then came the price; $9.19 for just a 6” roast beef sandwich?!?! How did it go to such a crazy high price?! Then came the taste-I had a few bites and threw it away! Look at everyone else’s comments; this place is slow, dirty and completely disgusting!

The absolute worst customer service ever. I stood at the counter for almost a minute until the guy got up to help me. You could tell right away he did not want to be there. Did not ask what kind of cheese I wanted, and then said he could not give me extra mayo. Hopefully the next time I stop in he is not working!

Worst customer service i’ve ever received. If I could leave zero stars I would. Very rude, young black man was the only one working at the counter. He was sitting at one of the tables when we walking in, eating and watching some sort of something on his cell phone. He got up, didn’t say a word, went behind the counter, asked what we wanted, so softly that we could barely hear him. Rudely threw the food on the bread and hardly wrapped it up. I asked about getting a drink and all he did was mumble that the machines were down. Then rang up the bill and right after, didn’t even check to see if the card went through, blew past us and sat right back down at the table. No kind of uniform for subway was worn and no name badge either. Ball shorts and a t shirt were worn, so truly you wouldn’t even know if he was actually a hired worker there. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be going back.

Made an online order, walked in and the guy behind the register looked at the customer he was helping then proceeded to point to me and say “see what I mean” and then started laughing ( not sure what that was about) then I get my sand-which and made it back to work to realize it wasn’t even toasted when I asked for it to be toasted.. Also they didn’t have lettuce…. What kind of sub shop doesn’t keep lettuce? Very unprofessional and won’t be returning. Don’t waste your time here.

The person that works on Saturday a younger black man is the most inconsiderate and non speaking person l have ever met. Very disrespectful and he doesn't communicate with the customer at all ..A few Coworkers have stopped going there for lunch because of him. One person got food poisoning at your store.I went there today and got a 6 in monster and he put the meat on by hand and when I said that it had no meat he said deal with it.......... YOU MUST BE DESPERATE TO HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY LIKE THIS SAD!!!!!!!

Abysmal Subway Experience: Rude Staff, Ruined Food!What a flaming dumpster fire of a Subway store! The staff's horrid attitude was only surpassed by their blatant food abuse. They handled the ingredients with disdain, spreading their sour mood onto my sandwich. Rude, disrespectful, and utterly revolting. Zero stars for this pathetic excuse of a sandwich shop. The coldest sub I have ever had, and he literally throw ingredients on the bread like he hated it or something. MF, never come again.

Never, under any circumstances, is it acceptable to serve a cheesesteak sandwich cold. Just because I don't want the bread toasted doesn't mean you can't heat up the meat and melt the cheese. Had to throw half the sandwich away.

Don't have any meatballs. Because the 2 blonde chicks that work there are too lazy to make them. Theres usually a skinny white guy there working if he was there they'd have sum ready. He always had the meatballs ready. I wasted my 30 minutes of lunch going there not to eat

Went in on my lunch break with my coworker, Rob didn't acknowledge my coworker until he called him for his order. When I was ordering he was slower than anyone I've seen in food business, my coworker finished his sandwich before I could get mine. This trip took close to 45 minutes for what should've been a 15 minute stop. Robs customer service skills and pace need to be reviewed as he had barely any stock ready and could've lost a race to a comatose tortoise.
