Went here by goggle app and found a sweet little spot. Cronuts were fresh (3:00 afternoon.) grand boys loved there cupcake and chocolate cake slice. Stop in you won’t be disappointed.
I hate to have to write this review as the croissants are very delicious but this is the second incident that has occurred since ordering from here.Placed an online order, and did not receive three out of the six things ordered. When acknowledging this and asking for a refund for the items, the server informed that she is not capable of doing so but replaced the item with croissants. While I appreciate this, there was still another item missing from the order when I got back to my office.Service is not very friendly nor welcoming when arriving/ordering food.Twice now I have gotten food from here and there is always an item missing. This is just disappointing as the food here is tasty but unfortunately, I will no longer be in support of this business.

I can't speak for the service or atmosphere as my food was picked up by someone else.However, I ordered 2 cronuts, apple fritter and caramel frappe. I got a mocha instead of caramel. Also the drink itself tasted like powdered unsweetened chocolate drink with ice - at $5.00 for the drink, you will make the attempt to dri k it. The cronuts were flat the fritter was tiny.. not really impressed.

Wish I could give Sweet D's more than five stars! The owners and staff are amazing - and of course all the baked goods are out of this world good! Hands down my fav ILM bakery!!

I stopped in today after thinking about it since 8 am and I was not disappointed. The German Chocolate cake was delicious, the Pineapple cake was fantastic, The Yellow cake with Chocolate icing was on point and the Pound Cake was divine. I brought all of these home for a dessert tasting for my family and they were devoured. Now ... I am gonna admit as my foodie self was standing there making all these selections I was doing my little happy dance. I am sure you will too.? Stop in they won't disappoint you.

Well let’s see here,I came to visit family in Wilmington for a few days and we were told to go to sweet D’s when we get a chance, unfortunately, we forgot and I went to the airport and made it thru TSA and were waiting when my auntie called and said she was at the airport and was dropping us off some sweets for the trip back, we got the croissants, some cupcakes and some cake and let me just say I was not mad at all that I had to go back through TSA a second time just to get them from my aunt, but I am mad as hell that there is not a Sweet D’s here in Omaha Nebraska because they were the best baked goods I have ever had, can’t wait to get back and get more, the banana pudding cupcake is amazing and so were the croissants.

We went tonight and missed them open by just a few moments. The man working noticed and flagged us down as we were about to leave. He welcomed us in and gladly filled our order. Very personal and nice. Filled croissants were delicious as well.

I did an online order and went in to pick up a dozen croissants today. The store is being remodeled I believe. There was a sign up saying something about that... considering they're remodeling the store was still organized and clean. I ordered a cupcake too and when ordered online it doesn't give you the option to choose a flavor so I picked one when I got there. I wanted chocolate but they had red velvet instead. I wasn't a huge fan of it personally and the cupcakes are super small for being almost $3 each. The croissants were so fresh and have a little crunch to them which I love but they were a little too sweet for me. The texture and freshness was immaculate though. The croissants are a pretty good size too! Overall it was alright but I think I'm going to stick with Burney's Sweets & More.

Small family bakery and breakfast establishment. They have half a dozen tables if you want to eat in. Counter service. Their breakfast bowls are customizable and very good. My wife is a big fan of their oatmeal. They have several kinds of cake available by the slice as well as filled croissants and cinnamon rolls. My wife wants me to emphasize the cakes. The staff is very friendly (frankly, they're all just the nicest folks in a town full of nice people) and helpful. Sweet D's is a great stop before work or to pick-up treats for the family.

Great experience at this bakery! The croissants are delicious and served very fresh. My husband got a chocolate eclair along with the croissants and he really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very cute. Highly recommended!

I cannot believe I am just discovering Sweet D's. AMAZING crossaints. Completely changed the game for me. I enjoyed the service, the woman working was very polite and welcoming to me which definitely left me wanting to return. The glazed crossaints are just spectacular. I look forward to coming back and buying more sweets for friends and family.

Mmm mmm mmmm what a deliciously dangerous place! Sweet D's has incredible glazed croissants and glazed stuffed croissants! I tried the PB chocolate cheesecake one and a peach one- both were incredible! I am so glad I don't live super close by because I would be buying one every single day!
