The food is lousy they don't even know how to make it correctly then they get mad at you when they screw up this Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell and this is coming from someone who used to work for Taco Bell they are lousy this one needs to be closed down and put to be something else because they don't even know how to treat their own

Definitely happy with the customer service! I came in late with a rather large order. No one had a bad attitude and I didn’t wait any longer than I would have had the order been smaller! They seem to all work well as a team and unbothered which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to fast food. Most employees at fast food places seem bothered when you come in. They most definitely did not took the order and got it out with a smile!

Paid for extra lettuce and tomatoes in my bean burrito and was totally ripped off!
If I could give negative stars I would. We are continuously let down by the service at this location. They either forget a few items or make it wrong every time. I know what you’re thinking—eat or order food elsewhere but we love Taco Bell. We shouldn’t have to count the items in the bag after going through the drive thru every single time we visit. The past 7 times we’ve had items missing from the combo meals. I don’t know what is goin on in there but it’s getting to be a real hassle. I should. It have to count my bag items every time I leave the drive through and then go inside to collect what is missing. I’m so annoyed with this place, Taco Bell’s in MD, VA, and GA don’t seem to have this issue so what is the deal. Horrible service, and I have never gone as far as to write a review but this is just terrible. Please just do better!!

i ordered the new stack taco and it came completely plain . not to mention the two orders i made at the window both got charged for the new stacker and we only recieved one.

To date Taco Bell just won the record for the most I've ever paid in my 53 years of fast food dinning at $16 for just me alone. The on 17th Street Wilmington NC Will force you to use the touch screen to order. I'm not a COVID freak but I am some what a germ freak. We have no idea who goes in those bathrooms and if they wash their hands or not. We have no idea where that person's hands have been. I'm not touching the nasty things it's disgusting to even think about it. Taco Bell has even gotten a lil greedy with the taco meat. The last 5 times I've at there hardly had any meat. And I just saw on the news Taco Bell is fixing to raise prices some more. We can eat at a Family style Mexican restaurant such as Chili's or Elcazador cheaper than We can eat at Taco Bell. I can get a Huge Nacho Platter and 2 IPA beers cheaper than I can eat at Taco Bell.
