Let’s see if anyone responds because no one answers the phone. I did a contact us online so we’ll see. First got the wrong order then they re used that food after I opened one item. That’s wrong it should be remade. Then my drinks had ice. I had to tell them no ice in any drinks and then they had to ask again after the order clearly states no ice. Either they pulled food out of a refrigerated unit or the hot table wasn’t on. Nothing was hot. The steak cold, chicken cold, pizza cold and stale. It also would be nice if the cheese quesadilla had a few pieces of cheese. Two slices had no cheese or sauce the other two were loaded with a pound of sauce and a few sprinkles of not melted cheese. I’d like my money back because every time it is always stated they will remake it. But it’s always just another issue. Hopefully this will grab someone’s attention and they’ll contact me

I'm posting this for a friend and my brother:I went in for lunch today with my boss around 12:45, and we order our food, and sit down. 15 minutes pass, and my boss goes I think they forgot about the dining room... Another lady who said she ordered 10 minutes before we did went to the front, and asked what was going on, and the woman at the front(chubby blonde), says I think some of the orders got deleted on our screen, and started making her food again. After she got her food, everyone else in the dining room was still waiting on their "deleted orders" too, but she wasn't concerned about that, so after a few more minutes I asked what about everyone else!? That's when people started asking for refunds... The blonde haired girl then walks around the corner and says "damnnn these people act like their at a 5 star restaurant!", and I say, "no we're acting like we're at a FAST food restaurant, and 20 minutes later(for us, but others we're waiting longer) all we've gotten was our orders deleted, and never asked about our orders, or told about it" and she starts going off, and I told her to to shut her mouth, and make everyone's food, and she refused to make my food, but the manager made her. It was ridiculous. Now if I was eating at a "five star restaurant", I would definitely expect it to take that long to make the food, but this is Taco Bell... Fast food... I'm betting if she did her job, and stopped running her mouth about the customers, orders would not have be "deleted", and the orders would have been made correctly, or at all... Like how does the person working at the front counter not notice no one in the dining room getting their food, and if the orders were deleted, why didn't anyone try to correct it? Including the manager. Were they just gonna let everyone wait forever until they each came up and asked about it? Just to get attitude from a girl that's incapable of doing her job? Yea, sounds like a solid plan.

The Taco Bell, located on Hays Lane in Porters Neck, has the best and freshest food. The staff always greet you with a smile and great service. I never have to wait long for my food.

Drove up more than 30 minutes before closing on 9/17 and the staff said they were only taking DoorDash orders and when asked why stated “We just have food for DoorDash.” Fix the hours then.

Ordered online; drive thru, Manager told us it'd be right out, some girl handed us an order that was NOT ours, went inside was completely ignored and The girl hid away after I spoke to her told her this was not our order. Lobby was piling up while they ONLY cared about drive thru. Did not inform us where our food was but said It was ready. Just disappointing, We were very nice about the whole thing and got a cold shoulder because they were Wrong.
