We chose here for my bachelorette celebration and had a great experience. And what a GREAT chioce it was.The food was delicious, absolutely loved the California salad.I chose for my main entree salmon and tuna for seafood, and the flaming turtle chocolate and cookies and cream marshmellow dream fondue, the others in my party chose chicken, steak and pork everything was delicious and a must try. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Another must try are their chocolate covered strawberries , they're delicious. I'd like to thank Jimmy,Chad and thier staff for making my night so special.

As a seasoned melting pot fan, this was a great location! The restaurant offered a great ambiance and accommodated to private seating. I enjoyed the food as well as the wine selection. The service was fantastic and couldn't t have asked for a better experience.

Great place for a romantic date. They need to do a better job of explaining 2 Al a cart is plenty of food if you had the cheese fondue appetizer. 1 dessert is more than enough for 2 or 3. Drinks are expensive for the portions. Service was superb and the food exceellent.

The whole vibe has changed from a special evening to a casual night out where you cook your own food. Ok, food is good but nothing you can't make at home and WAAAAY over priced for jeans & t-shirts. $150 for dinner & drinks needs uniforms, professionalism and an atmosphere of special treatment.

Had my anniversary and my husband ordered strawberries and flowers for the table, didn’t get them and they sat us at the first table by the door.

Great experience for Valentines day! The pre set menu was excellent. That Hot Honey Cheese dip was amazing and so were the drinks they were making. I dont think I've ever had a more flavorful drink before! The service was excellent and I loved the decorations for Valentines. It was a great experience.

Went there for Valentines with my wife and 2 kids. Made reservations specifically saying did not want the valentine’s special $89.99 per person on the website (it was optional), then received a phone call confirming my reservation and the fact that I wanted the regular menu , no problem I was told. Once we got to the restaurant we had to wait over 20 mins after our allotted time, after we sat down we were told that we could only do the valentines special (literally $25 more per person for 2 pieces of shrimp shaped in heart). The food was late to the table , the cheeses mixture was wrong and the wine overpowered the flavors (acknowledged by the server who was the only good thing about the night). They also added a 20 % gratuity to the full amount (including and overprice $15 stuffed bear from the dollar store and $20 flower base the size of a small candle.) but I digress would not go back or recommend this place to my worst enemy.

It was my first experience at the Melting Pot. It was outstanding! We had a nice young lady named Charlie as a server. She was spot on. Very knowledgeable about the food and very efficient!!!

Went for Valentine's Day and our waiter was superb! Very prompt service while Mariner and had everything out to our table in a timely manner. Our table was set up just the way I had planned. Weed shows the grill to fondue our food. Excellent choice. Four course meal was definitely on point. Would recommend for anyone with a romantic side to them. Would definitely go again

Everything was good, the food and waitress were great, but I ordered the romance packages and they didn't actually set it up before taking us to the table, So the wow factor of having roses, rose petals, candles was all gone And when I asked them if they didn't get time before hand? They said they like to do it after but that didn't make sense since other vacant tables were already set up properly before their guests arrived So if you're planning something special just call them and be explicit to have it ready before hand Even the plate Thats decorated with chocolate to say “date night” they brought that to me with the bill at the very end because they forgot to do it beforehand

Melting Pot is always a wonderful overall experience. The food was delicious, fresh ingredients and the side order of filet was worth the price. Our favorites is the tuna with duck a close 2nd.

I've never eaten here, this review is solely based off my brief interaction earlier this evening.I came to the restaurant in search of milk to fill my babies bottle. I was stuck at the spectrum store, and needed milk for my 2 year old to avoid a tantrum. I ran over to the melting pot, figuring since they were a cheese restaurant, that they would have milk, and I was right! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the bartender took my bottle to the kitchen and filled it up for me. I gave him my card and he handed me the slip to sign...it cost $5.88 for one serving of milk! 8oz of milk! A gallon costs less than $2 in the store! I'm still stunned! I have no problem paying for goods received, but WOOW never would I have imagined that i would be charged triple what a gallon costs in the store. If this is how they change for something as minor as milk, I can't imagine what their menu prices look like. And, on principle alone, I would never eat here
