I went here on the 18th, and my experience wasn’t honestly the best, mostly regarding our service. From the Get-go, our server, Justin S. Was short with us. We walked in and he looked at us and said: “take a seat” and walked away.. the restaurant wasn’t terribly busy at the time so I found it odd. Throughout the dining experience with my girlfriend, it wasn’t even a handful of times where Justin had checked in on us, and we were there for a handful of time… one of the things that had really frustrated me, was the fact that the whole time he was taking our order, he was having casual conversation to a guest who had come on a regular basis I presume right next to us.Once we got the food, half of the order was wrong unfortunately, wrong bun, some of the additional toppings I asked for weren’t put on, and even sauces were forgotten alongside it, another waitress had to help with our sauces because again, he was too enganged in causal conversation to pay attention to anything.I had made Justin aware, and I have never heard a waitress respond by just saying, “oh” and just walking away. That was kind of suprising to heat that, working as a waiter and a cook in the industry you know that’s not good customer service at all, nonetheless something you just shouldn’t do.Lastly, Even with Justin messing up, and had not been attentive to us for a while… I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and was kind, when asking for some to-go boxes up at the counter.. it took him 10 minutes for him to come back to me to say, “I already put it there for you a while ago, you must have not been paying attention.” Maybe he wasn’t trying to be insulting, but with the circumstances already as is, it was the icing on top of the cake for terrible customer service by Justin. :/I can’t hate on the food, it’s always really good no matter the menu item, the restaraunts are beautifully decorated in my opinion and both of them have a great atmosphere about it. But as a former Two guys grille employee who worked in the Morrisville store and under the same owner for a short time, Jesse, it sucks to see employees such as Justin, providing a negative outlook on the business by providing customers with really poor customer service.
Went to lunch with my two sons and a friend. Upon entering a waitress tells us to sit where we want and after looking around the whole place inside and out (patio) we found one table that had been cleaned. Why not just point us to the only open table?One of my son's and myself had the Bully Burger. My Burger was a hockey puck. Literally I refuse to believe anything other than it was on the back of the grill and forgotten about. Inedible. Was not willing nor had the time to send the food back. The rest of the group had soda. Their food was ok. I had a Miller lite. They do not have a bar. Beer and wine only.Will not recommend or return. The waitress plainly saw I had taken two bites out of my burger. Asked if I wanted a to go box and I asked her if she had a hockey stick. She brought me the check and never addressed the issue which I guess is my fault for not making it blatant. The cook is who truly dropped the ball.

Great little spot to kick back and enjoy some good eating!Everything was fresh and tasted great. The service was prompt and professional but they gave it a friendly vibe.Gonna make a point to come back here again.!

Food was just okay - small portions. Nothing great - my cheesecake was a small portion on a big piece of bread and a small side of sweet potato fries - not worth the price.My fiends salad had 3 tomatoes and nothing else- she even commented “wow, I was expecting vegetables in a salad.” And was disappointed also.Very small place with limited seating, with subpar food and was not somewhere that I would visit again.(there is almost no way that this is handicap accessible because someone in a wheelchair would not be able to move around in this place very poor layout because it’s very small)
I had fried pickle ? burger and it was OK. The burger lacked seasoning but was cooked well. The fried pickles were soggy, not crunchy and not very flavorful. My wife had the pepper jack shrimp ? sandwich and it was yummy! We also had the Parmesan garlic broccoli and the broccoli ? was overcooked for my taste. Service was fine given the place was quite busy. Overall very good not great.

Small eatery in the Oak Landing shopping center. The service was very good, friendly folks. My partner had the Rueben, which was very good. Looked like nice thick slices of rye bread with plenty of corned beef, etc. Arrived hot at the table, with an abundance of crispy French fries. (I tasted his) I had the Cobb Salad which was large with mostly spring mix type lettuce. I think there was part of a boiled egg in there fair amount of bacon, and lots of purple onion and cherry tomatoes. the dressing I requested was Caesar but tasted like creamy Italian. So all in all it was good. If I ate beef I would order the cheese steak or the Rueben.
Love this place. Their sweet potato fries are amazing. I crave them at least twice a week. The service is fast. I'm pretty sure the manager helps out tremendously which is cool. He is super friendly and interacted with our baby when we brought him. It's a small place and usually we have to wait but we don't mind.
