We had an impromptu meeting at work, and needed food for ten people very quickly. The staff was amazing! Paige took my very large order, and was very kind. Another gentleman, I do not recall his name, helped me carry out all of this food to my car unprompted! Thank y'all!

Can't believe that a double with cheese and a salad cost 20 bucks. Especially since my burger was so cold the cheese never melted and my wife's salad was minuscule. No more fast food for me.

This location is definitely going down hill. The service is bad, & the portion sizes are not what they use to be. You should get your money worth when buying food. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's anymore .

Do not go to this place after 7:00 p.m. anytime ever. Was only car and drive-thru, waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries combo, and wasn't even hot. Employees do not care, do not go to this Wendy's

If I could give no stars i would I’m so disgusted in how this morning i go there and order the 2-3 and got a sausage biscuit and potatoes! So i as I pull up im hawking my horn to tell the manager I forgot to add cheese he said no problem, as i pull up a little more to see if he puts any gloves on since he is adding CHEESE to my biscuit he dosent and I literally seat there and watched him not even wash a hand not even attempt to put gloves on once I confronts him about it he lies at first untill I let him know I recorded him he then begans apologizing and saying he will remake me something else ? Do he really think I want him to remake me something after you didn’t want to put a glove on like are you serious! Google won’t let me upload the video but if you want to see it I will show anyone at this point I need to call corporate he needs to be held accountable cause he can do this to someone else

Usually go during the day time when service is a tad bit better. Today when through drive thru with my family and was treated terribly when attempting to order. Initially there was a young guy speaking taking our order then a very loud disrespectful girl come with all this attitude. We asked how much something was and her response was, “what you can see you can’t read?” That was very disrespectful to customers. First of all I didn’t ask for the attitude. 2nd I’m in a car with disabled elders which is not even important and I shouldn’t have to mention their demographics for her to be respectful and polite!! I told her you don’t have to be mean and nasty she yelled out, “no I’m not no I’m not” like she’s a kid or something but either way she was very childish and if she wanted to play games then go back to high school for that because this is the real world and you should know how to behave unless it’s a light bulb missing or she didn’t receive any kind of teaching from her parents at a young age. I also noticed there’s lots of terrible reviews for this location and no manager or GM has responded once to anyone and that’s really upsetting that they do not care what kind of reviews they receive at their establishment. Nonetheless will not be going to location anymore and also making a post about this to warn off others as well. Just think about it, If you have bad service your food will also be distasteful.

I went through the drive thru today, the speaker was not loud enough to hear anything the women was asking. The screen still had the previous order on it so I had to repeat myself 3 times. The women proceeded to give me attitude because I could not hear her, while the order was still not on the screen so I and no way of knowing if she heard me. They were very short at the window while I was paying, they didn’t even look at me. They told me I was all set but also forgot to give my kids their kids drinks so I had to drive back around. Out of two kids meals, only one was given a toy and they put a spicy chicken nugget in with my 4 year olds regular chicken nugget meal.The service was very rude. Messing up a drink or a toy is not a big deal but they fact that the food I paid for for my child to eat was not edible. I will not be going to this location again.
