I attempted to get a large #7 double and the woman in front who seemed to be in charge was rude and unhelpful when all I had was a $100 bill that was slightly torn I could see if it was torn in half she claimed they had everything but tape in the back i worked from 4 am to 7 pm and after my shift I tried to get this meal before driving two hours back to newbern i am disgusted by the lack of effort and laziness all they had to offer was excuses very sad

Stay away!! Went at night after work and they have the worst crew you could imagine! They were blasting loud music and the customer service from the guy at the window was atrocious. If you don't like your job go somewhere else...it's that simple.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Was waiting in line to order when all of a sudden they announced that they were going to take orders through the mobile app. Ordered through their app and pulled up to the speaker to let them know that I was going to pick up my mobile order. Didn’t hear a response and now there’s a line of cars behind me. So I decided to pull up to the window and that was when it happened. I waited for 45 minutes only to get scolded by this man with a blue hoodie, a box-shaped beard, and big raggedy eyes. He told me that I should’ve said that I was there to pick up my mobile order through the speaker and I told them that I did say something but I didn’t hear any response. He rudely asked for my name, then aggressively handed me my food. Even after waiting another 10 minutes and saying thank you, this is what I get? Screw Wendy’s.

I waited 6 minutes by the speaker in the drive through line, in the the front and she told me to wait and I was patient and waiting another 5 minutes. Nobody else was there in the line. It’s 9PM and I know everyone knows it’s not that busy. Anyways, I waiting on HER terms, Once I said,” Hello is anyone there”, She finally wants to answer like she was busy. I understand the fast food industry and the stress that comes. I shouldn’t have to wait 12 minutes in line when nobody else is there. Let’s get better employees and possibly better management. I love wendy’s and i shouldn’t have to come to town and deal with this. ITS FAST FOOD.

Every time I go this guy they have at the window always acts so I’m unprofessional and is very rude. When he is there I don’t even want to eat there. He’s says things under his breath and either doesn’t make eye contact or gives you dirty looks.

WORST customer service. Waited for someone to acknowledge me for a solid eight minutes before being able to order (wasn't busy). From our order 3/3 burgers were so incorrect that it was actually funny how it happened. When we told the staff of our problem they tried to make it seem like it was our fault. The rest of the time there we were eyed by the staff and being talked about. After spending $50+ dollars on a late lunch I expect more. Won't be returning.

Ordered Jr Bacon Cheese Buger meal.The fries were freshly dropped and good and hot. The burger meat was lukewarm and the bun was just pulled and not warmed at all. The staff needs a better understanding of hot and ready.
