For the most part, customer service is on point. This is one of the busiest Wendy’s stores in the Wilmington area. As a worker here for 8 months now, there’s a great sense of teamwork that reverberates throughout the workspace. Our hours are usually based on business demands, so communication is key for flexibility. Some workers may come in whenever they desire, but it can sometimes undermine labor control. The food prepared here is usually not mediocre. In fact, the store is consistent with practicing the “quality is our recipe” motto, especially when customers request fresh food. In the lobby, there’s a television where you can watch the Kansas City Chiefs destroy their opponents in the NFL. This is totally not coming from me being a Swiftie, but that’s beside the point. As an employee, you’ll gain an invaluable career experience here. As a customer, you’re guaranteed quick, fast, and easy service, because quality is our recipe. I’d recommend our Dave’s burgers and chicken sandwiches!

The food was cold.. even the fries. The guy running the drive thru was extremely rude as he had two full meals too many on the screen and when I tried to explain that we only wanted one of those meals and the two biggie bags..be became even more obnoxious and once we got to the window he proceeded to sling the bags at us along with the drinks. There was only two cars in line and three in the parking lot so he cannot use the excuse of being busy.

Very disappointed. I waited for my order at the window for 20 minutes . Ordered 5 sausage biscuits and 5 egg and sausage biscuits. Got 5 sausage biscuits and 5 just egg biscuits. Called and of course got no call back . They don't answer their phone. Had to add sausage to the eggs biscuits which left just plain biscuits.

Slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to. You've got two cars that in your drive thru, but it takes almost 20-30 minutes. Get your staff or close down to stop disappointing customers

I was placing an order through the drive thru the female taking my order for a baked potato she said it would take 15 minutes to cook them I told her I would wait, keep in mind this is food for mom who just found out that she is in STAGE 4 LUNG CANCER, the female act like she couldn’t hear because the speaker wasn’t working correctly, so she say, I asked if she wanted me to pull up to the window to place the order she said yes when I got to the window she had the worse attitude and she continued to call out the bake potato that I ordered incorrectly when I corrected her she began to get LOUD AND TRIED TO OVER TALK ME and when I began to give her what she was giving me she CUSSED AT ME AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE meanwhile the person I was on the phone with could hear everything that was happening. I went inside demanding my money back she was still YELLING AND CUSSING AT ME And I continued giving her what she was giving me then she thought I had left she asked one of the cooks if I left and HE START SPEAKING VERY RECKLESS TO ME AS WELL(tall skinny white guy with glasses and dark brown hair that came to his shoulders). Jennifer who is the female I’m speaking of finally gave me back my money. I went to another Wendy to get info and got the GENERAL MANAGER NUMBER AND HE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK AFTER I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE…MIKE…I WELL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER WENDYS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

I would give this store zero stars, if possible. The 1st drive thru window has a woman hanging out of window playing on her phone. When I finally got to 2nd window, I asked for fresh drink, since the other had been sitting and ice was melting. Man grabbed the drink and threw it across room. I asked him his name & he slammed the glass closed.
