This is the first time I've ever heard about this franchise. So I was excited to give it a shot. Unfortunately, it was very dissatisfying as the customer service was horrendous. I wouldn't have mined the extensive. Wait time if it wasn't foreveryone's rude nature.

Stopped here during our road trip. WOW. Absolutely delicious for fast food. Would definitely recommend their crispy, crunchy, flavorful fried chicken dinner with crispy, fresh coleslaw and one of their fluffy, warm biscuits. Service was working hard despite being crowded. If I lived near a Bojangles, you’d find me sleeping in the parking lot.

Time to being serviced was OK for lunch time but the food was extremely salty. My kids, who love chicken and french fries, couldn't finish it. The chicken seemed of decent quality; not a lot of surprises. All-in-all, it was an OK experience.

Stopped by on our way home to Virginia. The woman running the drive thru window on 12/27 during lunch was the nicest person! Patient and kind and got our order correct. Best service ever and very much appreciated on a long road trip!

We were looking for a place to eat lunch ?. This was located nearby the interstate. The counter person was pleasant. It was very clean. We ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich special which comes with two sandwiches at a great price. We asked for chef not to make it too spicy ?️ so they left off the BBQ because it was made with sriracha sauce. It made the sandwich very salty and dry. The BO’s chicken sandwich combination with fries ? was over salted to the point of being inedible. The diet soda was mostly ice ? rather than soda. Not cool.
