So for the first time in a while we go to BoJangles and have a good experience..the service was good and the food excellent..I have always loved the food here especially the breakfast biscuits but had stopped going because of the bad service..took a chance today and was not disappointed..

Service is horrible!! Went through drive-thru and was asked to pull up. I waited over 25 min for my food, so I went inside and it still wasn’t ready. Employees standing around socializing, no gloves on while preparing food. At this point I was so frustrated and asked for my money back. I don’t recommend this Bojangles to anyone!

I’m begging y’all to update and get two drive thru windows. It is always SUCH a long wait for food and it would be so much better and quicker if everyone didn’t have to wait at the same window to pay and get food.
Consistently terrible service and 100% sure to get your order completely wrong. every. time. only reason they get one star is because you can't leave zero.

genuinely terrible. had to go through the line three times and my order is still wrong. literally ridiculous and the cashiers wanna give attitude acting like it’s not their own fault. doesnt even deserve to be a restaurant.
