Terrible! Not the 1st time either. I waited for over a year to try them again and it was absolutely horrible! The food is too high to be this damn terrible! Hard and overcooked! Had to get some more bacon for my sandwich and the food was still horrible! I will NEVER buy food from here again!

I got my food (which was lukewarm) 1/2 an hour before my husband. Needless to say I was done eating before he got his dinner. When we said something to the waitress she said it was "management's policy to serve food as it comes up in the kitchen regardless of the timing for the rest of the party." This is a dumb policy of this is true. Service was very mediocre.

Where to start. Food is good if you can ever get it. Ordered online around 5:40PM. Supposed to be ready at 6:20 PM by their designation online. Arrived at 6:15 and waited until 6:25. I was told it would be ready shortly so no worries. On three separate occasions I was told it was being worked on. Each occasion after those I was told they were bagging it up and it would be right out.1 hour in I was told they needed a couple more wings to complete the order. A couple more wings? Needless to say I received my take out order at 7:41.Management and service was dismal. This group had ZERO idea what was going on or how to manage food or customers. Multiple people walked away and they did not seem to mind. The lack of common courtesy to offer a discount or at least show that they were sincere about this sinking ship was none existent.If you go to the Wilson NC site order a day ahead, go by and tell them you are there, leave and do something else you wanted to do and maybe then they will have your food.It is unfortunate but that was the last visit to this restaurant.

Placed mobile order to pickup at 1:30pm. Got there at 1:30pm and no one was at the desk— group of employees standing staring at me and other customers from afar across the restaurant. After 1 decided to come over I was told “just 2 minutes” for my mobile order. He disappeared and never came back until 2:20pm with my order. Almost an HOUR waiting for food that I ordered ahead and paid ahead. The bread on my burger was stale and I was late back to work from my lunch break. I will never, ever, ever be coming to this location again. They must be short staffed, but I’d appreciate more honesty with how long my food would take or at least some better customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was decent. Half the wings were dry, the rest good. All the food didnt come at the same time though. Service felt rushed , unfriendly and rarely came back to check on us. Other employees also didnt seem friendly, they actually looked like they disliked eachother. When the check came we were shorted about $2 change and when we asked about it she said yea I didn't have change but I'll see if I can find any. So instead of telling us when giving us the change she just decided to not say anything. When we did get the "change" it wasn't even all of it. We just left. Too expensive for what it is and their sanitation rating is not good. I wouldn't come back again.

I placed on order online. I had to wait a long time because no one was at the to-go area. When I got home I saw that only half of my order was in the bag. I about an hour away from the restaurant so I didn’t want to drive back. I called and spoke with Melissa. I told her about the order issue. She said she would credit the missing items back on my card. I waited over week and the amount was never credited back. I called back and spoke with Melissa again and her response was that both she and another manager tried to credit my account back. She offered a $20 gift card but I don’t go to that area often. I would waste gas and time driving to get the gift card. That amount is not worth the drive because I would still be losing money. The only other option she gave was to dispute it with my bank. Not a great experience.

Food cold terrible service, empty drinks, fries never came out. Food came out cold, and so out of time I was done eating before my friends food ever came. Save yourself the trouble.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The short lady had an attitude and Im not sure if she's a manager but she's very unprofessional, if she doesn't want to work then there's no point for her to be there. The fries were stale and cold, the wings ... no comment. Would I come again? No
