I was very honest and straightforward and ordering my order I was trying to make certain my order was placed correctly they had two people speaking to me over the microphone and the second one yelled at me when I came to the window I asked who yelled at me turning it into a three-person dispute against me not being yelled at even though I was diplomatic and kind I love the food I just hate the people dealing this food.

When I tell you every time you come, you better be ready for a 30-40 min wait like you’re sitting down at a restaurant. 2 lines installed but they still haven’t picked up on how the other fast food spots move a line through so well. Good food for sure, just have to work on that timing and how they speak in that kitchen.

SLOW!!!!!!! No matter what time I go I ALWAYS have a wait of at least 15 minutes. I get there today at 5:55 pm and at 6:20 I still don't have my food from the drive through. Never again!!!!!

The lady taking drive thru orders is very rude. I ordered my food, the speaker cut out so i waiting a bit. A new car pulls up in the second lane and has their order taken, they pull up. Lady once again goes over my speaker and asks for my order, so I assume that my order had been taken and it cut out on my total, so I pull forward. I got to the window and they cannot find my order, the lady who originally took my order comes to the window and laughs in my face saying that “*unaudible* is crazy” and that my order was never taken because I did not hear my total given to me. I was not rude at all and just simply stated what I have written above. The manager i’m assuming was very nice and took my order and had me pull forward (while the same employee and others continue to laugh and talk about me and another customer who apparently did the same thing) but there is no need to have such a rude customer interaction over a simple misunderstanding. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the kindness of the manager.

I was skipped twice in the drive through line and finally got through and got my French toast sticks without the syrup. Being short handed may be an excuse for slow service but not an excuse for negligent service.

This is NOT FAST FOOD! Went to the drive through and I waited 15 minutes to order, then wait another 30 for food. Then the order came out wrong. I noticed when I got home that the order was wrong because I was tired of sitting there for so long that I just left. Do not eat here, this place is aweful!
