This is a great place. Love that its bringing everyone together downtown. Live music, outside seating, and my favorite.... pool tables.?

They have the best fried green tomato and bacon sandwich ever. It was ridiculously good. Awesome restaurant with great food and good mixed drinks. Definitely worth a visit. Bunny was our server and was great!

Had a quick lunch at The New Normal in Wilson. Plenty of patio seating, and their Bang Bang tacos were recommended by a staff member so of course I got them, I mean come on...tacos! Ammiright? The sauce was just enough for the flavor but not too much. I really liked the shells, very fresh. Bathrooms were very clean and there is a bar inside and outside if you like to sit at the bar. The prices were reasonable and although I didn't choose to get a side, they had several that looked good. Definitely glad I tried it and will be back again!

Draft beer not working, so bottles only. Not a single member of waitstaff were abiding by social distancing guidance. Masks weren’t worn or were half worn. Tables too close together. Soap dispenser broken in men’s bathroom. On the positive side, the cocktails were delicious and served in a pint glass, so you feel like you got your money’s worth. The bang bang shrimp was good. There was also a live band without cover charge. Kid friendly. Outdoor seating available. In downtown Wilson. Due to lack of social distancing, we didn’t stay for dinner.

Flavors are good, salad was a bit too warm. Teriyaki Zing, featuring grilled pineapple and chicken, would be better balanced if there were fresh cucumber, bell peppers etc. Hot things wilt the lettuce afterall... Moonshine BBQ wings were delicious.

My friend and I were walking around Wilson and happened upon this place. We decided to have lunch there. The Bloody Mary was delicious and so was my chicken teriyaki tacos. He ordered the hangover burger and loved it. We also ordered the fried pickle chips which were amazing. We loved it so much we went back for drinks later & listened to the band.. We'll definitely go back when we're visiting again.. ?

Food was very good. It took a little while to get it but it was worth the wait.

Very nice restaurant in downtown Wilson. The atmosphere was great and the food was even better. I had the shrimp and grits. The only thing that I found wrong was that I didn’t have enough stomach to finish it all. It was delicious and I would highly recommend this place if you are anywhere around Wilson.

Sunday afternoon brunch outside dinning. T. Davis is playing and singing. The hangover burger was delicious, and worthy of coming back for. The bloody mary was as good as I've had in a while. We also shared a waffle with blueberries and strawberries, and a side salad.

Bar food and drinks. Its an Interesting crowd, but the people are good for the most part. Solid choice overall, but not yet great.

I gather this place has recently changed names, and I assumed that the New Normal meant that they were taking into account the way we will have to live in and after the Covid quarantine. Dead wrong. Nobody on the staff wore masks, and the young man waiting on us shrugged and apologized but said there were no masks in the building. When I told an older woman who seemed to be in charge why we were leaving, she too just shrugged. We thought that Wilson just hadn't gotten with the program yet, but when we got a hamburger at Wayback Burger, they were fully suited up the tables were spaced, and the food was excellent.
