The service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We were the only ones at the counter , only one other couple in dining area. The cashier did not welcome us or even acknowledge we were there.. She continued playing on her phone as we waited at least 5 minutes for her to look up to get our order. Then. 3 standing to bag our food ( including manager.. The absolute SLOWEST, . They couldn't get order correct, took OVER 20 minutes for them to bag our food, then took it back , unpacked bag to recheck, then kept some of our food, we had to ask for which she said she gave it to , took our food bag back again looked through it ... So by this time , mind you. Still the first ones at counter only 3 more customers( who were together behind us ) we had been there almost 45 minutes!! Totally disgraceful, food was cold. DO MOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING!! It makes you SICK. I wish I didn't have to give it a star to complete this review.. They deserve to close that one down.. Retrain, whatever !

So as we all know BK & MD is in competitive state! Well what makes the so different yet the same is customer service! Now depending on location,time of day and what you are asking for, depends on what you get.With this BK I find that it operates pretty fast as they are not packed and backed up,yet my orders always have an issue?>! I give it a 4 though because even though the cooks might mess it up,the cashiers friendly & understanding customer service makes up for it!

Burger King coupons rock!! Breakfast , lunch or dinner if you on on a schedule. We slept at this exit and had breakfast. Coffee was good breakfast was all made to order. Our Golden "Nicholas" loved the breakfast burrito. Place was clean and service was fast.

We stopped for a quick lunch while on a trip. Looked really new. I liked the coke bottles on the table with a flower. The Whoppers and fries were just average. They were warm but not hot. The order was correct.
