The Jimmy John’s sandwiches are GREAT…the bread is soooo good, I was eating there about 3 to 4 times a week. They are so polite and the customer service is excellent. If you go, get the #7 regular with chips, drink and a brownie, you won’t regret it.

They are the polar opposite of freaky fast. It always takes forever to get my order from this location. The two in Greenville are fast, but this one is agonizing ly slow. Don’t order from here if you’re super hungry. You’ll starve before you get fed.

Service was awful. The girl helping us tried to double charge us for our food. Then she kept rolling her eyes and making annoyed faces because my nephew who is only a year old was getting fussy waiting for his food. All she did was stand around on her phone the entire time instead of actually doing her job. Definitely would not go back.

We frequently go to this location as we visiti he market. The last 2 visits have not been pleasant. Paid and asked for double meat only yo get less than average. Also, the staff turned their back to make the sandwich out of sight. Not cool when the counter is clearly towards the dining area. We would just like our normal service to return to enjoy the sandwiches we love.

I guess Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Couldn't leave because I was between 2 cars and stuck. Finally got to the window and paid then waited another 5 minutes for my sandwich. Should have been ready before I got to the window, as long as I waited already.
