Tonight.... Tried calling his pizza in 4 times NO ONE ANSWEREDI would give ZERO stars if I could. My son went inside to order his pizza (ham & bacon) at 8:22pm. I waited in the car. He was in there a while. I looked it was 8:47. I text him to ask about what was taking so long. Mind you there was NO ONE in line and only one car in drive thru. He said theg said about 2 mins mom. I waited. Then 7 more mins go by. Mind you I can see inside. There's nothing BUT TEENAGERS playing and goofing around. Only about 2 of them actually working. They were so unprofessional & inconsiderate of the customers time. They offered no apology when I finally went in to find out what was going on....only offered my son some free wings. Smh. That place is a joke at this point. Never again wil I go there at night. Smh. There should have been a manager there to ensure no horseplaying and goofing off while you have customers waiting

I visited this store tonight 2-23-24. Your employees at this location are ALWAYS very rude. Well tonight I was told that it would be
15-20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. It takes less than 10 minutes to run through your oven, 6-7 minutes correct me if I'm wrong.
Then she told me they have no marinara sauce for the cheesy bread. Do you not make pizzas with marinara sauce?? Again correct me if I’m wrong. And to top it all on, my order was $14.18. I gave her a $20 & I only get back $5!! So if shes doing this to every customer, she’s making a nice profit stealing from your customers, your employee is a THIEF!! Bad business horrible customer service shut the doors!

There was a bit of a wait around maybe ten minutes or so for two pizzas and an order of wings. Worth the wait to get fresh pizzas. The wings were REALLY tiny, so don't expect to get full off of one order alone. Overall not bad for the price of $24.09. If you have Cash App use the Boost for 5% off. Final price $22.89.

Their drive-through setup is very odd. Once you get in line there's no way to get out. We waited in that line for 35 minutes and when we got to the window we watched the clerk take care of five people at the register while we sat there at the window waiting for our pizza. After she finished with the fifth person and started to take care of yet another one I tapped on the glass to get her attention and when she opened it I asked her for our pizza. She then proceeded to tell her co-worker or manager I don't know who she was, but that woman started yelling at me from 15 ft away telling me I could wait for my pizza they were busy!!!! I couldn't believe she did that... How unprofessional!! Then they couldn't find our pizza and when they finally did and gave it to us I was still in awe over how she reacted that I didn't even check it before we left. When we got home it wasn't even the right pizza. We ordered a pan pizza and got a regular pizza. I was not about to go back because if I did I knew we would end up on an episode of customer wars!!!! Seriously they need to do something about the drive-thru and about the people they hire.

I ordered a bacon an olive pizza and when I get there to pick it up they showed me a sausage and black olive pizza. So they from there made me a new one and still messed up me not being a people person said whatever and proceeded home but come one it shows you the order. How do you mess up an order and not just once but twice but the second time it was partially right but the left the sausage like cmon that was the issue to start why add it again

Called in a order to pick up got to the store waited in the drive thru 15 mins to get to the window pay for my order they say one minute I say ok then I’m asked to move I politely said no I been waiting in like 15 mins already the so called GM wanted to scream and yell at me and said he refunded my money as I never got out of hand with him told me people like me is the reason he is GM umm NO sir He needs to sit down and learn how to speak for a female customer !

I was informed that they stopped cooking pizzas at 8:00 so if it's not already hot and ready no pizza. Do yourself a favor and just go to Domino's it's about the same
Tonight I came through the drive thru. The young black lady with orange/red hair was really rude when I asked a question about the availability of a new promo pizza (stuffed crust). When I went to order i was stuttering really bad and she mocked me as well as hand signals suggesting me to spit it out.

I will never eat at this little ceasers again I got a personal combo with bacon sausage and pepperoni with Buffalo wings the pizza taste as if it was already done and put extra toppings on it and back in the warmer burnt sides and the sau wasnt even hot smh....and I asked manager how long wings been up he looked at me and lied and said they were fresh ? I'll never eat at that one again also they sanitation grade is a 90.....ugh worst experience there today ever never again

Called Monday and ordered ten pizzas for pickup before they opened Tuesday. I was sure they would dismiss it as a joke but nope it was ready! Very nice friendly and top notch folks there. Owner should be very grateful for the people who work here. They are the reason this store is open!
