The worst I had gone two times once the screwed up chicken nuggets, how?Then it was my burger I asked for mustard and ketchup only. I got onions and Mac sauce.

Night shift closes the store 1 to 2 hours early. Even with multiple cars in line. They will turn allThe lights out outside the building as well as inside so everyone can leave. All while you can hear them laughing.

Kenly, NC. You Dont want to go there for any thing! They Never ever get an order right. Never! If you even buy a cup of coffee and ask for 6 sugars and 2 creamers...You will get maybe 2 or 3 sugars and 7 or 8 creamers. No Lie! The Food is Never what you asked for. I live near there. I Know how it is. I only go there when I dont want to Travel but I ALWAYS REGRET IT. Some are Terribly RUDE! Even trys to Fight with customers. Litterally. Theyre rediculous up there. Find another Mc- Donalds IF, You Want What You Order. Oh, The McDonalds on hwy. 264 & Forrest hills rd. Sold me chicken nuggets with a dead fly in the bottom of the box. I didnt know it until they was almost all gone. YELK! Sickening. And their fountain drinks are usually Nasty. Very Watery.! Many times. But Not the one on Ward blvd & hwy 58. Theyre good! Im talking about hwy 301 in Kenly, NC. SLOW! & RUDE! Can't Count, & VERY NASTY Attitudes now.

I would leave a zero if I could. We waited inside more than five minutes and no one even acknowledged that we were there. There was another man waiting in line ahead of us, and he said he’s used to that kind of treatment there. We mentioned a frappe and the gentleman in front of us said “I guarantee the machine is down” and sure enough, it was down. All we wanted was a frappe and fries, and the machines were down at both of the McDonald’s that we went to. I have never seen a more rude and dismissive group of workers at a restaurant. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. We didn’t get anything because no one would even acknowledge is much less come over to take our order.

Very unprofessional to curse in front of customers. These days it's something we just are used too, but that doesn't make it right. I had my young niece and nephew in the car. Of course they just wanted food, but the service could definitely had been better. Management really needs to tighten up on their staff.

2/25/24, 7:15 pm. No lobby counter service for > 5-minutes. I went behind the counter to try and find someone, and their sole concern was that I had gone behind the counter. Their complete lack of service was not their concern. An employee who said he was one of the managers, Jacob, said they were short staffed and asked me to leave because I had gone behind the counter. I told him if he couldn’t handle his short staffing, he was incompetent. He threatened to put me “in the dirt” behind my back. I heard him, and told him he wasn’t good enough. He followed me outside to continue his threats. The owner of this McDonald’s needs a new set of managers and a lot of employee retraining.

The store closed at 1am. When I got to the drivethru for my doordash pickup, the man said “thank you for choosing mcdonalds what can i get started for you?” But when i told them i had a pickup it was dead silent for two minutes. They knew what they were doing. The lady who helped me last night remembered i was doordashing last night and didnt want to phy up with doordash anymore cuz she’s controlling. It is what it is. Im not gonna put up with a store that gets away with bad service. She needs to loose her job or change her ways ??‍♂️

They should stop all franchises for mcdonalds and off brand fast foods like theirs. If it didn't have to I wouldn't give them any stars at all.
