Requested additional pickles and onions. did not get it. The fries and burger were cold. I returned with the burger and fries, no apology from anyone. I was stared at when standing at the counter to return food.. And to show me something, they added extra salt and pepper when they placed the eight pieces of onion and the "extra pickle" slice under the beef patty... incredibly disheartening. Food was for my toddler who refused to eat because it was less than mediocre. Though, I worked five years at a fast food restaurant, I understand how it is but I dont understand the 'not making it right' when you are absolutely in the wrong. I can see why this location is hiring. On the positive side, the play place area is nice. Service, however, could use some improvement.

It's McDonald's. Expect your order to be wrong. Hey you guys owe me a hashbrown. I just ordered a big breakfast, guess what, no hashbrown. Too cold for me to go back. Your egg taste like milk

Kid-friendliness: Very kind to my great grand daughter.
They need to fire that large lady manager so rude, if the lobby is closed during open hours lock the doors. Also I order the easiest thing to make on the menu which is two cheeseburgers and large fries. They didn’t put onions or pickles on it and the fries aren’t even filled up maybe halfway. And to have to wait and pull to the front of the store for an order that takes less than 2 mins to make ridiculous they need better employees. Horrible service. Will never go back to this location

Reading previous reviews I was shocked because my experience was friendly and quick. Those reviews must be for the night crew because the morning crew was fantastic! The food was ready quickly and it was delicious.Dining room and bathrooms were clean.Parking: Plenty of parking in the early morning hours.Kid-friendliness: Special shoutout to the manager for his kindness towards my kids. That was very thoughtful.

I had my fish sandwich given to me cold and old, twice!!!!. I had to ask to speak to a manager to have it corrected. The manager was rude, and acted as if it was my fault!!!

this place has a bad manager and the manager doesn’t know how to manage their workers and they also take forever to give the food I went in there to ask for my food because they was taking long I was waiting for 30 minutes in the park a lot and when I went in there they was so rude about it if you going to be rude to people like this don’t even show up to work.
