Never coming back here. The boy who served me acted like it was hard to put food in my bowl. My boyfriend got the TINIEST scoop of brisket. The food was tasteless and boring. Should have just went to chipotle.

The only way to get your food made right is to stand there as they make it. Sadly they suck at door dash orders and get it wrong most times. Tonight I got a burrito with chicken, cheese, and salsa. That's it. If you don't have one kind of rice it's not hard to ask if it's okay to substitute for another. And make sure you put the lid on the queso all the way.....

Had the fucking door locked past opening time so I called to ask about it. They said the doors not locked and told them yes it is. She said well if you came before opening time then it probably was I told her no I came at 11:00 am. Idk the employees name but she said I've already taken care of 4 customers so I can assure you it's not locked. She denied it being locked when I had pulled on the door 5 minutes before calling them and knew damn well it was definitely locked. That happened this morning 10/8/23 at the Moe's in Wilson NC.

I love Moe's but the people they got working there make it a bad experience. I went there to get dinner and The people that work there got the worst attitudes I ever seen in my life. They act like you asked them for a arm when you ask for more Chipotle sauce or anything. Remember young people you choose this job I didn't choose a job for you nor the customers fix y'all attitudes.
Always love the food but just walked into Moe’s. Stood there for 2 min and the employees just kept doing whatever. No acknowledgement at all. So my daughter and I just walked back out the door. I refuse to accept such poor service but the word seems to be allowing it… except at Chick Filet of course.

We used to love going to this moes. But the past few weeks we have gone multiple times and have had the worst experience and customer service. It seems like they just don’t care that you came there to eat and don’t even try to make your food the way it should be. We have been customers there for years and I’m sad to say we won’t be going there anymore. The past 2 times we have gone they have skimped on everything and been rude for no apparent reason. There is one employee in particular that seems to not care at all but I’m not sure of his name otherwise I would put it up in hopes that people would try to avoid him. It’s sad.

Not the best experience at this Moe's. We were in the area for a trip and stopped in. Got a couple things on our order wrong and got mixed attitude about it. First server got a bit huffy when we asked about choices for rice. He just assumed which type we wanted. Had to ask for sides a couple times to actually get them.We go to the Moe's by us pretty frequently so I guess we have gotten used to their good service. Disappointing to go to another location and get someone who clearly didn't want to be there.
