Placed a mobile order for pickup. Got a notification that it was ready for pickup. It was not. Had to wait over 15 minutes for a Pike Place with a splash of creamer. A PIKE PLACE!!! They normally have that already made!!!

This was probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s never taken that long for me to get service. The workers were blatantly ignoring us in line and only focusing on the drive through. When we asked to be served they were rude and took another 5 minutes to take our orders. My sandwich was also dissembled when I received it. Considering their company is being boycotted, if I were them, I would do everything in my power to ensure that the customer experience was above average. Would not recommend this Starbucks.

20231203 Stopped here for iced green tea but they were out. It was around 5 pm. I ended up getting the black tea instead. The barista at the drive thru window was friendly.

One of the worst Starbucks around. Dirty bathroom and the order management is atrocious. Prioritizing drive thru customer orders first, even if walk in orders were placed before the drive thru order, is terrible customer service. 30 minutes for a coffee is unreasonable. Won't be patronizing any locations anytime soon.

I ordered online at 8:21 am, since I saw the drive-through line wrapped around the building. I thought maybe I'd get my order more quickly that way. The text I received said the order would be ready at 8:38. But nope, not only was my order ready at 8:27, but the line around the building was gone too! These folks were rolling this morning.
