Stopped by Taste of Texas tonight. My husband and I ordered the Keto Bowl (one chicken and one steak). The presentation was awesome and the taste was delicious. It included lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream with your choice of meat. We also got the funnel cakes which were golden and crispy as well as light and fluffy with a generous amount of powdered sugar. They are located across from the Whirligig Park in Wilson, NC. We will definitely be back!
Supporting the Casitas Brewery for the most part, a really great food truck. Here for lunch and dinner most days. You can tell that the owner/ chef is authentic and a perfectionist. Who else in the industry score a perfect 100 health score in this industry!? I get 3 tacos when I visit the Casitas brewery next door. 1 of each, pork steak and chicken. $6. Never had a bad experience with Taste of Texas Food Truck. Typically parked across the street from the Whirly Gig Park and next to Casita brewery in Wilson, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I usually get the steak Texas burrito and a quesadilla. The tacos are also excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.
