I ordered Chicken Supremes and Bo-rounds. There was nothing supreme about the chicken that I received. They look like tenders and skimpy. Very disappointed in the delivery of the product for the price I paid for the products. This was at Bojangles on Country Club Road in Winston Salem,

We went through the drive-through, and it took a long time . When we got to the window, my daughter was telling me what she saw in the prep area. The registered drawer was dirty, and one of the gentlemen that was working there, wher he wiped his hands-on his pants so much he had dough on the back of his pants and the floor and counter were very dirty. This was at 8 am. The steak biscuits were fairly warm, but the fries tasted old, and the bo berrie biscuits were not good.

Im not sure how this place is still open. We work very close to this spot and boy...Ive seen slugs move faster. Waiting almost 8 min in line to not move a single car lenght. 5 cars behind me and 5 cars in front of me, could have watched an entire movie just waiting to get food. Gotta do better. Also, their parking lot and surrounding area is always littered with trash and they do nothing to clean it up.

This place continuously gets my order wrong. I've ordered a Breast and Wing dinner 3 times and I get home and sure enough they give you a leg and thigh. It happened last week too. I am tired of it. On top of that, they don't give you silverware.No longer going here. This was the last straw. I didn't have time to go back.

Came at 5am ask for a supreme combo. I was told it was to early for me to get them. Ask the guy if he could cook them for me I would wait, very rudely I was told ( I said we do have them this early come back when we do).

Came here on Tuesday night before 7:30. I was immediately greeted with "just so you know we don't have any honey mustard, BBQ sauce, or pink lemonade, but what can I get for you?" I proceeded with my order and was given a total. I waited about 5 minutes to get to the window. I go to give to my card, and I'm told " we're out of everything all we have is supremes." Who wants supremes when there's no sauce to dip them in? And how are you out of everything on a Tuesday evening before 7. Y'all are paying workers to do nothing, but give an attitude to customers. I live near by and I love Bojangles but this is the 3rd time I've had an issue at this location.

Why I gave 4 stars is because of this, he was super nice, however, his manager that starts with an M I believe was belittling him in front of employees and customers. I have been working with customer service since I was 15 and soon to be 30 this year, that is unacceptable and unkind behavior. I hope when we return this doesn’t happen again. People matter!

They are never open at 5am. I roll up to the drive thru at 5:30 and hear “it’s Bo-time, we’re not open yet” from some guy whose sounds half asleep. Clearly it’s NOT Bo-time.
