Doors were locked during the day for some reason???? No note on door ! My vehicle doesnt fit in drive thru so wasn't able to eat there!!

Every time I come here in the mornings between 7:30-10:00 the lobby doors are locked. I drive a big truck and can not go through the drive-thru. Evidently they don’t want my business. That’s fine I don’t have to eat there. Too many restaurants around to have to deal with that. I have to leave one star because it won’t let leave 0

My wife wanted to go to Bojangles for the country ham biscuits this morning. I went and the new manager waited on us. I explained to her what I wanted, and she made a better suggestion for me, and I am back to eating Bojangles again. Keto at Bojangles. I can't remember the managers name but she has blonde hair and is very nice. Thank you for my breakfast this morning.

The service is bad and they take forever to get the food out. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for supremes and borounds and the manager keep yelling and cussing saying they’re going to close early and throw everything out.

Waited 3 minutes at the drive through while the 2 ladies inside talked to each other as their mics were on. When they finally decided to take my order I was informed that it would be 5 minutes on the items I order. Changed my order and again was informed it was a 7 minute wait. How can a restaurant be in business at 7pm and not have food available. Sad bad experience

IHIT SUPERSTAR1

Service is awful and customer service is too. Placed my order this morning for a freshly made BoBerry Biscuit received nothing but attitude at the window. Waited for the biscuit only to get home and find out there is NO icing on the biscuit at all. I call up to speak with the manager who states misktakes happen….how you yourself take my order, bag my order, bring me my order and don’t get it right and your also the manager I am speaking with? Never in the history of ordering BoBerry Biscuits has anyone forgot ONE of the TWO main ingredients. What a waste of time & money? Now, I see why I only go to Biscuitville in the mornings. Never again

Wing dinner was greasy with hardly any meat and was crazy expensive!!! What happened? $9 for the 3pc wing w/ 1 small side NO DRINK. $2.50 for a free tea (was, not anymore) then also had 1 bacon/egg biscuit by itself. Total!!!.... $17.00. Nope never again. That's robbery.Wheelchair accessibility: Might need one to get out!!

Rude staff who will argue and complain about having to make a simple order. Takes over 30 min in the drive thru to get any food and even then the order is half wrong.This store is full of rude staff and has habitually bad service.

Stopped for a quick bite, drive thru very busy, so took a few minutes inside. No worries, the food was great and service too. Ask for extra seasoning on my fries, and they delivered.
