DISGUSTING Staff and Customer Service…Stopped by around 8:30 tonight, ordered and paid for 2 meals of chicken supremes. Got pulled up like always because they never had any food ready and waited for 10 minutes without a single sign or notice of my food being ready. I called the restaurant and asked if my food was ready yet because i had been waiting for 10 minutes and there was literally no other cars in line or waiting at all, the most rude and disrespectful employee said back to me “we in here cleaning so u can come inside and get your food”, I made it very clear that I was NOT going inside because I had went through the drive through for a reason and she proceeded to tell me that they would NOT bring it out and that If i wanted my food I could drive around again and get it at the window. Absolutely disgusted by her attitude and being in general, She also called me a “dumbass” when I took my straws from her which I found hilarious because she was obviously just very butt hurt…She appeared to be somewhere between 16-21 and once i DID get my food after 15 minutes it was cold and stale. 0/10 DO NOT recommend this dirty location ? I hope the management and employees change ASAP!

I went there for lunch, ordered my meal at the drive thru. The lady took my order. She kept repeating back the wrong items. I asked if I could pull around. She starts cussing at someone. Then got loud with me because she couldn’t get my order right ? She gave me my total of $5, which I knew wasn’t right for the order that I put in, which should’ve have been closer to $10. So I reiterated my order and she answered “yes” very loudly. I got up to the window and she gives me the correct amount. Hands me my food, card, and tells me to have a good day. She forgot to give me my drink (mind you there is no one else in the drive thru), so I ask for my drink and she asks what I ordered in such a rude voice. She gives me the drink. She was just VERY RUDE. Learn some customer service, especially when your customers are trying to be patient and speaking respectfully to you.

My daughter had a vending at Carver School Recreation Center on Carver School Road. She wanted to have more change than she had so she left to get more change so she stopped to get 3 chicken biscuits for us for we had no time to eat. When she got back to us and opened the bag, there were 2 biscuits not 3 but her receipt showed that she had paid for 2 chicken biscuits. She needed to stay there because customers had starting coming into the event so me and my granddaughter left to go get another chicken biscuit. When we got there, Marika, (i pray I am spelling her name correctly} she remedied the situation and we left. When we got back, we realized that the 2 chicken biscuits were actually sausage biscuits so we went back again to get 2 chicken biscuits. I went to Marika and gave her the 2 sausage biscuits and she was concerned and she proceeded to remedy the situation. However, there was a little short colored older lady fuzzing about the situation and saying how did we not know that we had the wrong biscuits, etc. She was very ugly with her words while we were standing right there like it was our fault. If my daughter had been given the 3 chicken biscuits in the first place, we would not have had to make 3 trips for the order. We just wanted to reach out and Thank Marika with how she handled the situation and she done it regardless of how the older lady was fussing and complaining like WE did something wrong.
