If I could have given them a negative star I would. Last week I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal with a coffee. I was was running a little late so when I noticed my coffee cooler than usual I hesitated to ask for a warmer cup. The two young ladies working the drive thru was looking at me strangely when I pulled away but didn't think much about it. When I got to work I was about to put some sugar in my coffee but I noticed a lot of bubbles floating on top. This was odd so I smelled it. It had a strong soapy smell. I reluctantly took a small sip and somebody obviously put a large amount of soap in my coffee. I got really upset after I realized what has happen. The Bojangles workers was anticipating to see my reaction after taking a sip of the soapy coffee they gave. Afterwards I realized they even had a little smirk on their faces! I called the manager and she said she would give me a free meal. I will never go back to that store again.
