I actually used to hate this BK. They used to be way too slow and the food would be lukewarm. I avoided them for two or three months and then tried again.Immense improvement. The drive thru was quick, the food was hot, and the guy at the register is great with customers. I believe his name is Jarvis? Give him a raise!I’m definitely back to being a repeat customer.

The two guy where the greatest they where so kind and professional and the food was the best hot and juicy just the right amount of salt on the fires and they was hot I will return

The person and Manager are the worst at service. We waited 15 minutes and nobody even came to the cashier to take our order. One person behind us asked if we're been waiting long, and we said 10min. A rude person inside mumbled something and we asked for the manager. The manager even more rude came out, said good night and went back. I would not recommend this location ever. The only polite person was a new cashier that was in the drive through. No one welcomed anyone. Three other parties left because of the rudeness and wait time. We left to the next Burger King available. Never eat there.

I went through the drive-through at the Burger King at Hanes Mall. I decided I would reward myself for being discipline and eating more healthy. I ordered the impossible whopper, onion rings and a Arnold Palmer. My food was so good. I love the sauce that goes with onion rings. The Tea was very sweet. That may not have been their fault since I haven't been doing sugary drinks.I couldn't drink that. I know to stick with my water. But my food did not disappoint.

I had excellent customer service today! Very kind and caught and corrected a minor glitch before i even realized it! It made my day :)Kid-friendliness: Staff went out of his way to notice I had a child in the car and get her a crown! Cheesy tots are a very kid friendly food!
