Why?Greek salad quite good, makes me want to go back to try more of the greek stuff on the menu.The Kansas City Steak that’s “making them famous” might want to read “infamous”.Cooked on a flattop, if they used salt it was done so from a distance.After a bunch of salt it was fine, not good and certainly not great.Mac n Cheese was ok, as was the fried squash. Both needed seasoning.Hot ham and swiss was “mid” per kid.Ditto on the tenders

As a person that loves the restaurant, I am very disappointed with what I received. I ordered a farmers omelet with a side of smoked sausage and toast. Upon receiving my meal, I discovered that the omelet was drenched in sausage gravy with no smoked sausage. Once I realized this, my significant other and I call the restaurant and spoke to the manager. I explained my concerns on my order and was told that the order was correct and that they never serve their food that way. I continued to explain to him what I ordered and told him that I can understand where the miscommunication was at but when he read the order back to us there was no mention of sausage gravy at all. In response, the manger goes to say that the smoked sausage would’ve been an additional charge (which was completely fine) and that the omelet being completely drenched is our fault and that he wouldn’t be able to fix it. The fact that he chose to blame my significant other and I instead of suggesting a resolution is disappointing. I knew that I should’ve ordered from a different location because of his tone of voice on the phone while placing the order. Customer service on the managers side is very poor and I will not be eating there anymore.

Ate there 01/01/24 and it was terrible. Waited 1 hr 50 minutes for food. Waitress was very good but kitchen was in uproar. They were not preparing meals in order of tickets but in their own order. Every table received food before us, even those who arrived long after us. Salmon cooked too much first tire and cooks started over. All our food was cold when it came from the kitchen. Owner was aware of issue, spoke with us but offered NO COMPENSATION! He tried to blame everything on the waitress, even when I told him I saw what she wrote and that she wrote order correctly. My omelet had sausage and no spinach. A second omelet was brought without sausage but no spinach. The manager (not owner) just kept saying we should be willing to accept that people make mistakes! I understand mistakes but not to the tune of the folly presented on this visit. Will NOT be going back there. They even make their waitresses pay for any food ordered by a customer and the customer leaves without paying. We were going to leave by our waitress told us this and we felt very sorry for her so we did pay. I would never work in a place like this under a boss who was so totally in the wrong. They played Christian music but they sure didn't abide by it!
