Been going 4 20 yrs w\ outstanding service. 2 from home depot went for a drink and shake. Drivethru had 25 cars. Went in not ONE person in the store except mgrs. Said we were in a hurry and the line was so long. She said......well sorry this is all the people we have. Several called in. That is NOT the attitude she should have a chick filet!!!! I was at this Chick- fil -A about a year ago and was really disappointed in the service and how rude the servers were. Well today I was overwhelmed on how nice and polite the people were this time. Thanks to all those who were working there today. Job well done!!!!

Terrible chicken sandwich yesterday. It was overfried. Greasy. Not what is expected of Chick-fil-a products. Saw another patron open her Chick-fil-a same basic sandwich at the table beside us. Her sandwich was also overfried, greasy looking. I don't think she was happy either. This didn't appear to be a one-off, but a process issue at this mall franchise.
Very friendly staff offering friendly and prompt service.Food was delivered to our table with a smile.Food was hot and delicious! ? ?Will gladly recommend to others.
