Several years ago we ate here occasionally and the food was good. We figured we'd try it out again while we were in the area and in the mood for good Chinese food. I got the usual sweet and sour chicken which came with rice and an egg roll. We also got an order of crab rangoons. Apparently when you dine in you still get plastic forks and knives and the food is delivered to the table in styrofoam to go boxes. The appetizer crab rangoons came out with rest of the food. The food was extremely overcooked and the rice was cold and dry. The chicken had a strange texture and tasted strange. Chicken McNuggets from McDonald's are better than this chicken, and that's saying something. The sweet and sour sauce was actually duck sauce and was bland. We ended up not eating our food and just throwing it away. It was truly that bad. We didn't bother to complain, we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I don't normally say this about a restaurant, but it's time has come and gone. The food was not edible and fairly expensive for the portions. We ended up going across town and eating somewhere else. Unless you absolutely have to eat here because you can't or don't want to drive any further, stay away from this place. Far, far away. Just thinking about the food makes me nauseous. Yes. It's truly that bad.

As many of us on Yelp have many times said, and even more often thought - I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!! I don't know if the food here is good or not, never got any. Opens at 11:30, and I was there then, placed my order. The owner stayed behind the register taking a few call in orders, dealing with a few other walk ins. After about 15 minutes, a lady walked in and went into the kitchen area - she was the cook- nothing had happened in the kitchen to this point. Orders came out slow, and in no particular order. Though I was the first in the door, other orders came out, and mine was no where in sight - the owner said they were call in orders - but I was there at 11:30! Finally after 35 minutes, I left with no food and a bad attitude. Of course, will not return.

Well. I have been searching for a Chinese food restaurant for some time now, the food presentation was awesome the sesame seed chicken juice was watery, the taste was subpar, the remaining was trashed the crab racoon had a fish taste, the fried rice was rather dry, and lo mein noodles were tastelss, Not to mention the total was $40 bucks wasted. I hope things change soon. Needless to say I don't see myself revisiting this establishment again. I wish this place the best.Parking: In and out

I love this place. It will always be my go to in Winston. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is always quick and hospitable. The price is always right from lunch to dinner. I have ordered the chicken wings lunch which comes with rice & 2 crab ragoons. I have also ordered the same for dinner which comes with the same but a pork egg roll instead of ragoons. I have also tried their rib tips dinner and for me it was really good and a lot is provided however, the chicken is my jam! The ragoons I preferred were sweet but they are still good. Everything here is honestly amazing. Go get you some!!!

I wanted to love this place. So bad.We went in for a dine-in experience. My husband has a few allergies, so he discussed the menu options- can’t have egg or sugar. They repeatedly recommended items that do have both egg and sugar to him. Odd, but okay…No music, no atmosphere… five people picked up to go orders while we awaited our food. At least one of them ordered hers and left with it long before ours was ready. We didn’t have anything tricky. Beef combo. Shrimp with rice & moo goo gai pan. We waited 40 minutes for our three orders, which came out one at a time over a ten minute period and in to go containers, but open; like, they don’t want to invest in dishes. I do not like eating out of cardboard when I go out to eat. Maybe I’m snobby that way, but I was hoping for a nice experience. My husband ended up ordering what looked and tasted like white rice with shrimp and vegetables doused in corn starch and salt. Way too much salt. He ate some of it, but tossed over half and had a terrible stomach ache by the time we got home. My beef was spongy and the veggies tasted canned. My mom said the same about her dish. It’s rare that we all feel negatively about a place, but we sure did this time. What a pity. We would love to have good Chinese food in the area.Dietary restrictions: They do not seem to have an understanding of allergens or what is in their dishes. Beware.

I get takeout from here at least twice monthly. It is a family-owned business. The food is cooked to order. The staff is friendly, polite, and hard-working. Our faves are egg drop soup, General Tso Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, and Crab Rangoon. They are closed on Mondays. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the fresh food is worth it.

My goto place for Chinese takeout; standard Americanized favorites, large portions, reasonable prices. My current favorite is Mongolian Beef, but also love the combo lomein, sesame chicken, and hot n sour soup. Today, I had beef w/ veggies in garlic sauce; yum.
