What happened to the classic Stone Cold Creamery in this WS location??No where to sit and eat our ice cream! No fun! And my kids were so sad they don't sing anymore. It was a easy Wednesday afternoon and we waited for someone to even come out to greet us!! We will definitely go to the one in Virginia where it is pleasant and what it's supposed to be like!!

Can be expensive but you can't beat some of their set flavor combinations. Love the birthday cake one (ask to add cake pieces) and their peanut butter or Reeses options. Love their set ?? ice cream creations. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms and seating.

Walked out because there was only 1 worker while 7 people (including myself) were standing in line watching her go painfully slow. They need more help at this store.

Try to cancel my order because I had an emergency come up and I had called the store to request a refund. And the owner of the store denied my return so I had to spend my entire lunch break the next day to go pick this ice-cream up. Very terrible customer service

First time here to pick up a custom made bday cake for my son. The cake was smaller than I thought, I should have done the 8inch instead of the 6inch cake. The devil's food cake mix was ok not great, and the mint icecream was ok, as I had to have it custom made since hanes Mall location doesn't have the mmmmm mint perfection cake, only the Kernesville location does! I wasn't impressed with the size, taste, or quality, and deeply disappointed! My son wanted a nice mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for his 16th bday, and it was ruined! Also the cake wasn't left out long at all and started to melt and far apart in no time! I tasted and seen better icecream cakes, I thought y'all were the best and I paid $40 dollars just to be let down?

This place was slammed! But still they had the chaos in order. The staff was kind, fast and down to the point. Would highly recommend this location.

Cold stone is a great national franchise and this location seems clean and the staff is friendly and good at what they do. My biggest issues is that there is no where to sit. Inside or out. I ended up eating in my car. I’m not sure this is something in their control, but two tables outside seems possible or even having an agreement with the chipotle next door that both their consumers can share chipotle’s outdoor seating. The lack of seating is what makes me not want to keep coming back. It just isn’t convenient.

I will never go back!! Poor customer service. 3 white girls totally ignored me, as soon as the other girl came who was rude every one was available for the white guy and his child that was behind me! Cold stone Hanes Mall please retrain your staff!!!

Was in town with my girlfriend and stopped in. It was a nice crowd but it moved quickly. Service was great and so was our ice cream. Don't remember the young guys name but he took good care of us.
