Today I went to the Hanes mall and the truth is, those people who work there don't know how to treat a customer, they were so rude that I'm about to change stores.

Cashier/order taker very rude and short with us. Didn't give us time to look at menu, felt super rushed, and when we asked for mustard and mayo she told us they didn't have mayo packs. We parked and husband went to other side to window and the young lady was very nice and when he asked for mayo, she didn't hesitate to ask the back for some in a cup. That was customer service. The other lady could learn from her.

Lady working drive thru was rude and continuously rushed us to place order and get out of the way. Wouldn't give us mayo for fries and barely gave us mustard. Husband had to go back to other window on the other side to get what we needed. The lady in other side was very nice and helpful.

I always have good service here, and almost all cookouts, really. But every single time, especially if they're busy, they barely key their mic, and speak so fast you can't understand them, and not loud enough to hear over the static of the old intercoms and the cars all around. Please fix it. This is 2024, nothing wrong with old tech, if it works, but this is ridiculous. Fix that, and I'll happily upgrade my review to the deserved 5 stars.
I would like to preface this by saying that the people who work the day shift at this location are lovely and I have had no problems.This review is SPECIFICALLY for the night shift. To start, the service is horrific. The young lady working the window had a terrible attitude and barely even acknowledged my existence except to nastily give me my food. No hello, no good night, nothing, despite my own efforts to be cordial. I ordered two trays, a big double burger tray with chicken nuggets and a chicken quesadilla, and a Cajun chicken tray with a honey mustard wrap and fries. The food was for the most part not edible. The chicken nuggets were FROZEN. The remnants of a chicken tender in the wrap was oddly mushy? and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting for hours. My burger tasted freezer burnt and to top it all off, I received no straw for the drink. Whoever thought it was okay to serve undercooked food should re-evaluate their choices and have a little empathy for the people who are just trying to get dinner after work. I would have requested a refund but unfortunately I didn’t get even the courtesy of getting my receipt. This is unacceptable. This location used to be my go-to for a quick dinner for my family and I, now I’m unsure if I will have food poisoning from this experience. Never again at the dinner shift.

This is by far my favorite restaurant to go to if I want the best grilled chicken sandwich,the amount of customization you can do to the shakes or the food is very vastThe line goes by fast usually and the staff is always on point and friendly
