Ordered 2 Orange push up milkshakes that look as shown in the picture consisting of 95% vanilla and a hint of orange. Fiancé ordered a snickers milkshake where they threw a few toppings on TOP of a vanilla milkshake. Not busy at all might I add.

I’ve eaten here many times! The workers are nice, the food is great! I just wish they’d add more milkshake flavors. (Even though they have a lot.) Thanks for the delicious food.!

As a person who has worked in food service, I always took my job seriously. Cookout as a corporation should be training your employees to get orders right on a regular basis. At this location I have never gotten an order right and always have to waste my gas to go back and get it fixed. The manager on shift at 6pm on 3/29/24 fixed the issue and was very respectful about the situation. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this location.

My cheese burger quesadilla was burnt also the cashier thinks she is doing you a favor by taking yout order and doesn’t even thank you, gives you your order and closes window, I think she was brought up that way, no ethics, sad that Cook out would hire people like this to represent them, if I could give a minus zero would be more appropriate

This cookout is hit or miss but last night they served me the most rancid burger I’ve ever had in my life, I don’t know if the meat was rotten or what but it smelled and tasted like old meat. Do better.
Usually a decent cookout that gets your order right maybe 60% of the time? Some staff here always appear to have a bad attitude too and seem irritated that you dared to show up at all or when you ask for the sauces you actually ordered but didn't get.And when they get your order wrong they can't get it right even the second time, perhaps even the third time. This place is apparently staffed by rude, incompetent people.

It's a new location and the food was excellent at first and it still is you just have to go when they first open or the evening but the night time crew is ass !!! But as always I was wondering how long it was going to be before they started to hire the lazy and trifling mfs !!! It was a whole chain in my Cajun cheese fries with a tray I ordered they as lazy and getting ruder as time go by !!
