Great service. Always coming around with a different selection of meat. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection as was the house steak. My husband and son had the Rodin. I just went with the salad bar, hot and cold, and was very satisfied. Ambiance was perfect for any occasion.

First time ever since they changed the name and everything .. food is great i notice some changes tho . The garlic steak is a little different . I like the garlic steak when the restaurant was named cowboy . The beef rib is amazing . The salad bar have some changes as well . Only thing is the waitress was really nice but she kinda was standing over us to much and that’s rude but i know she didn’t mean any harm .

I wish I could put more than 5 stars on our experience! I made a reservation for my husband and I and in the notes I put we were coming for his birthday and they surprised him with a complimentary dessert and one of the owners also came to see us after we finished to tell him Happy Birthday. The atmosphere was excellent, the services for phenomenal, and the food was to die for! It is hard now a days to find restaurants that you can feel so relaxed and be taken care of so well. Lasso Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse is it!
We attended as a large family group, gathering after a funeral for a repast. The food was great, service was amazing and even my vegan daughter was able to leave with a full stomach. It was a wonderful experience.
