Service was atrocious. 40 minutes just to be serviced our drinks and one person in our party didn’t even receive their drink and our orders were not taken. Food probably would have been good but not at the cost of 2+ hours to get it.

As soon as you walk in you will see the daily specials. There is a full bar that you can sit at as well as a large dining area. It is a very laid back atmosphere. We were seated immediately and host as well as server was very friendly. There is a nice selection of mixed drinks as well as beers. There are a few small dishes but the main attraction are the seafood boil bags. We are not big ballers so we did not get the Fri/Sat “Market Price” lobster tails with snow crabs. We opted for the pound of headless shrimp bag and the pound of mussels. Both come with corn and potatoes. For an up charge, you can add sausage, eggs, or more corn and potatoes. There are different sauces and heat levels. We tried the Crafty house sauce(Will get med next time) and the garlic butter(could have been a bit more garlicky). We were satisfied with both. If you worry about your salt intake then I suggest you get the sauce on the side, this way you avoid your BP going up. Mine went up cause I live on the edge!

I ordered a seafood boil. The seasoning wasn’t there at all and I’ve come here multiple times this time it was terrible. What makes it worse is i took it to go got home tried it nasty taste watery and cold. So i call talk to a manager she asks me have i ate the food well duhh in order to know if it’s nasty u try your food. She proceeds to say i can’t get a refund when it clearly states u can in the restaurant if you’re not satisfied. Like yeah i will not be back! It’s ok it’s other seafood places out here don’t come here! They are over priced at that! Shop around but skip this seafood place! Save your money!

We had very high hopes and expectations after reading the reviews. We have never had a seafood boil before but wanted to try one because of how good everyone one says they are. When we arrived about 1pm on a Saturday afternoon they were not busy at all, we were seated right away. Ordered our drinks, and food and waited. When the food arrived everything seemed fine but the ketchup for the fried fish tasted soured and was watery. We also ordered the seafood platter seafood boil, which seemed fine. Well 6 hours later I was the sickest I have ever been in all of my life, I was so sick I thought I was going to end up in the emergency room. Needless to say we will not be back and I hope the other diners that were there on Saturday February 17th did not get sick too.
I remember going here a few weeks after they opened, and the entire experience was amazing. Me and my son both enjoy the Crafty Crab every time we visit. It has become our monthly treat! Very good food, very good service, and a great memory to share with my son. I couldn’t be happier with this establishment, Except for my son always wanting my half of the crab legs!Kid-friendliness: My son always enjoys our visit. Tonight there was a birthday for a young girl, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. As long as this restaurant is around, we will be there!
