This cafe is a great place to unwind! The cats are friendly, well cared-for, and lots of fun. The staff are sweet, very helpful and great at introducing the cats’ personalities. The little cage has good drinks, vegan snacks, and plenty of cat-themed gifts. My fiancée and I adopted cats from the cafe and they were clearly loved and taken care of while there. We love going back to visit.

Friendly staff and happy, well-cared for cats! My partner and I recently adopted two cats from this location and we are so grateful to have found them. It was clear that they had been loved and their specific needs attended to. Communication was clear throughout the adoption process, too. We love going back to visit the other cafe cats, try the delicious coffee and tea (vegan baked goods and ice cream being available is also a plus!), and check out the cute cat-themed art and merch. Highly recommend!

We had a great time today playing with cats and sipping drinks! The lady working was happy to share information about the cats and made a great London Fog! My 6yo and I spent an hour here today and she left determined to talk us into adopting 2 cats. Everyone else there brought children and they were all well behaved with the kitties. Most kitties were happy to play as well, with only about 3 being a little more reserved. We will definitely be back!

Soft music, drawing station, cute kitties. Staff was informative, friendly and helpful. Many people, but it was 3 during the weekend, so I understand it. Recommend going here for a calm visit. Very good lemonade, and photogenic cats!

My girl and I had an amazing experience here. We spent two wonderful hours with all the adorable cats, and finished our time with some delicious coffee at the cute cafe. I even purchased an adorable cat plush for my girl, and she absolutely loves it. She also accidentally dropped her coffee, and the baristas were super nice about it, and made another one for her right away. We will definitely be coming back to see all the wonderful cats.

I recommend booking in advance to ensure you can chill with the cats. You can book ahead online, it's very easy. The cats here are so cute and obviously well cared for...the cafe is a cat heaven basically with many toys, beds, shelves, and hidey spots. Almost all the cats are available for adoption and they have a screen sharing their names and background/story. The staff are also very familiar with the kitties and are happy to help answer questions. The cafe is amazingly clean and there's lots of places to sit and play with a cat. I'm always amazed at the lack of "cat" smell! There's many cats to meet...some small, some large, and even a special needs house kitty who lives there full time. Newton, a little black and white kitten, was a total charmer yesterday who stole my heart. There are many drink options (all plant based!) including decaf and coffee-free drinks in addition to some snacks to purchase. They also have cute cat art and accessories for sale. The staff here obviously love the cats. If I lived in WS, I'd go here all the time to decompress and snuggle some kitties.

I loved my experience at crooked tail, mainly because I could tell the staff there really enjoyed working and interacting with the kittens. The cat we wanted to adopt was unavailable because he was adopted by the cafe. As much as I was disappointed to not adopt that day, it felt good to know the cats are so loved and cherished there. We had the place to ourselves, and there are plenty of places to sit and interact with the cats, as well as lots of toys. I didn't check out the actual cafe, but the whole place, cafe included, looked quite clean!

Quiet little place with lots of cute cats that you can adopt. I would've adopted one of them (or more of let them adopt me) if I didn't live across the country. Overall, I loved my 30 minutes I spent here.
