Ordered 2 pizzas. After over an hour wait, called. It was explained they were waiting on steak that didn’t arrive on time. Not dominos fault but would give me a free 20 oz drink.

Did a delivery on the app. Ordered the 2 pizza special. The thin crust sausage pizza there was hardly any cheese ad parts there was no sausage. I have other places that you can't bit into the pizza without bitting either.

I ordered 2 pizzas one was pepperoni and bacon the other was just pepperoni but when i picked it up they gave me a cheese pizza and pepperoni and bacon pizza called to get my pizza remade and the lady started a argument and refused to remake pizza because a slice was missing when they were gone to throw the pizza away anyways.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. Specifically requested that the cheese bread had all mozz cheese and no cheese blend. However. Upon delivery, the inside of the stuffed cheese bread had yellow cheese. Called and spoke to a so called manager who wanted to argue with me and say that there wasn't any yellow cheese inside, even tho I was looking directly at it. Posting this review along with a picture in hopes of said manager seeing this post for proof. I demand either a refund or for this to be remade properly. I consistently have issues from this store, and may not be ordering from here much longer. Please make this right.

I order all the time from this location and for once they couldn't find my address even though it is hard to find and second of all my toppings were all over the place not even on the pizza and I order all the time

Ordered two pizzas and three drinks today for delivery. After an hour, tracker still said it was at the store. I called to see what was up and was told they were short staffed and it’s be another 20 minutes. I told them I’d prefer to come pick it up but asked that they remake my order because it had been sitting on a shelf for 40 minutes. They agreed to. I arrived at the store within 15 minutes to pick up the order and confirmed with them that they had remade it. I got home and had cold pizza… and hour and a half after we ordered it… It had not been remade. I was also missing a drink (partially on me. Though I shouldn’t have to check behind them). I called the store and asked to talk to a manager. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. There were only two teenagers in the store so my guess is there wasn’t even a manager on duty. I hung up and called again and told the guy my whole experience and that I knew he had lied to me and didn’t intend to let me speak to a manager. I let him know I would talk to a manager in person next week. He said he understood and we hung up the call. Mistakes happen and it’s tough when you’re understaffed. I was annoyed, but fine to pick up a fresh pizza in person. But instead of providing decent customer service, I was lied to and given cold pizza for my family and then given the run around.

I ordered a pizza at 11:40am on a Saturday it took over an hour for it to arrive and it was ice cold and not correct. I called the store and they made excuses for the delay. They offered to remake and send it , I said okay. They said it wiuld be about 20 to 30 minutes. An hour and a half later and still waiting!!! Never Again!!!!!!!!

Ordered thin pizza with 5 toppings. Pizza was not even cooked completely and very greasy. Received hand tossed tried to eat it ended up making me not feel right. Finally went back to speak with manager today in person. Very Rude

Something has changed recently. This was a great example of a well run domino’s, but recently the pizzas have been undercooked and more greasy than usual. I plan to hold off ordering for a while. Staff changes so much that this too shall pass.
