Donuts are quite tasty as expected. The young lady taking orders at the counter was very polite but so soft spoken that I literally could not hear her over the music and other patrons (and no I do not have hearing issues). In response to my saying "Im sorry I could not hear you." She simply said the exact same thing at the exact same volume. The entire "store" area is about 4 feet wide so I hope you are comfortable standing on top of others while waiting for an order. God forbid there are children in there...

We were excited to come to Duck Donuts after hearing good things about it. It definitely exceeded my expectations. They have a wide variety of donut flavors and the donuts are as good or better than Krispy Kreme. If you like donuts this is the place for you!

Very cozy and welcoming establishment. Staff were really nice and easy to talk to. I went in and got a half dozen and was able to customize each donut and it was like 12 dollars. Donuts are very rich in flavor and original. some of the ones I got in my photo was the cookie crumble, sand dollar, chocolate iced with peanuts and the boardwalk. I DONUT recommend this place. We got there and they didn't have my fruity pebble donut ! i was very disappointed. I ended up getting the strawberry sprinkle donut. When i got it, it was hot. Such a red flag..who even likes hot donuts! NOT ME . It tasted like cornbread and didn't have that donutness to it. It was also to squishy. For heavens sakes just go to DD or crispy crème. The aesthetic of this place is everything the taste is NOT.

Duck Donuts is like if Dunkin' knew what they were doing. By far the best cake donuts I've ever had.Duck and Krispy Kreme are different kinds of donuts, like Apples to Oranges.But Duck and Dunkin' are.Duck is by far superior.

The least accommodating ducks donuts I've ever been to.One experience with the staff visibly becoming frustrated and short with me after ordering a vegan dozen. Made several more comments about how long the vegan batter took to make ect.Second time trying to get donuts the person who helped me was super nice until I mentioned I wanted the vegan versions at wich point he said they were out of vegan batter again in a very short and almost angry tone. The batter almost certainly could have been made as usual and if time was the issue that could be communicated at the very least.As far as I'm concerned vegan donuts are not an option here. Go to highpoint where they have always been helpful beyond expectation even when it was frustrating to accommodate me.

Doughnuts are amazing but service is horrible! Me and my son which is autistic don’t really wear clothes because of a sensory issue, I walk in with my two year old and he’s wearing a pull-up and crocs the worker automatically caught a attitude with me and rolled his eyes and refused to serve me because of that. He didn’t even know if he could serve me he blamed it on his manager saying he wasn’t sure!! If that is the case I would fix that. Not appropriate
