I went to cash register with my orange juice and $10 in hand. No one acknowledged me. One person kept waiting on people in their cars. I put the juice back and walked out. I then went to Krispy Kreme and bought 3 dozen donuts and my orange juice.

I’ve tried this location many times because geographically it’s convenient for me. i have been countless times and every time the customer service is horrible. i usually do a mobile order in a rush and walk in to get it 15min later and it hasn’t been made. then i have to wait another 20ish min for any of the employees to even acknowledge my presence. the drinks are poorly mixed and everyone there has an attitude. do not recommend. customer service is horrible and rude. most of the times it seems like a chore for them to make the coffee i’m paying for.

I've only been here twice and both times were a disappointment. First time I got coffee that was cold and the second time I got 4 hot chocolates that were all completely room temp. It's a shame to because I live 2 minutes away and would go by all the time if it wasn't so bad.

Just left Dunkin Donuts on Country Club!!! (11/28/2023 @ 4:08pm )Horrific experience!! The lady that took our order was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She had terrible customer service skills and for some reason today SHE couldn't make anything we ordered. Not to mention me and my husband go there at least once or twice a week and order the same thing every time. But today was different!! Better yet SHE was different!! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! I will say my experience the other times were good but whoever this lady is that’s working right now as we speak…well she’s bad for business!!!

They only fill your large coffee to the height of a medium coffee. At first I thought it was a fluke, but they keep doing it. Some of the workers there are very rude (Drive-thru lady) and could care less about serving you. Take my business to Starbucks from now on.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of doubt. Yet, they continue to disappoint. Ordered online, they couldn't make(wouldn't) make my drink and said they didn't know how to refund. Wanting me to take something else. I had to return for refund the next day and leave without product, as they were rude and adamant they couldn't help. Then, I ordered my same latte and no sweetner/ caramel was added. Went back, manager had it remade. Now, today same thing no caramel. Goes back and they've overdone the sweetner to where now the coffee taste isn't present. I'm sure this was done intentionally. I'll never go back to another dunkin. They are too inconsistent and does not appear to care about the customers (repeated customers). They will close soon, if they continue to allow such hiccups and not focus on training better!

I was in a hurry and needed a quick decaf coffee for the road. This was my second attempt at this location. There were five employees working, there was little business and I was the only inside customer, yet it took five minutes to be addressed haphazardly. I asked about roast options and was told ‘it’s just decaf.’ The cashier acted as if it was a chore to run the transaction and bother to make the coffee. Even though I was clearly the only person in store, she placed the order at the end of the counter and called it out by drink and turned on her heel and walked away with an attitude. The drink was poorly mixed and has spillage on the cup. Will not return. Last time, they were out of half the donuts by mid day and the cold attitude was similar.

Food was good.But the lady who works the windows in the morning.. she's rude. She didn't give us the donut we ordered and when we mentioned it to her.. she said in a very rude voice "I gave you your donut" so my 3 year older went without a donut because I wasn't going to act out on front of my kids. We went somewhere else for him.

I honestly used to come here every day before work but it seems management has gone downhill. I’ve been coming less and less. Food is never that bad. They burn the bagels a lot and the espresso tastes “burnt” or sour a lot too BUT I usually deal with it for the convenience. Truly I have never had such bad customer service experience. I don’t want to go into details but communication is sub par. Very sad, from what I recall up north Dunkin’s were so much better!
