Not just Stale donuts but also much smaller donuts than most dunkin.They are Just up the road from me but I rather travel farther to get better donuts!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Just pulled up to the intercom to place order and was not greeted at all for a few minutes so I said “hello” and employee says “you can go ahead.” I then pulled off without placing order. It appears that the car in front of me wasn’t greeted either and nobody said anything over the intercom to that customer therefore, that customer didn’t get to place order. The only downside about pulling off is that this Dunkin’ Donuts is so slow and have only 1 lane so you have to wait for the cars in front to be done before you’re able to pass. Wanted to try since it recently opened but I won’t be going back.

My wife has been there multiple times, hoping next time will be better than the previous and giving them the benefit of the doubt because they just opened, but we're done. The GM made her order this morning and she said her coffee still tasted absolutely terrible. She's been there a handful of times and not once has it ever been good. I got a hot chocolate and it was terrible as well. Tasted like mildly chocolate flavored water at best. How do you mess up hot chocolate? Do yourself a favor and save your money and don't go. Can't believe Dunkin doesn't take the time to make sure a new location knows what they are doing, but clearly they don't. Might as well just shut it down.

Never ate at Dunkin' before and decided to try it for the first time. I went inside and got a strawberry frosted donut for $2 and the lady working there was very friendly. I was surprised to see they didn't even wrap the donut when putting it in the bag. The workers also seemed bored out of their minds maybe due to the slowness of the store. The donut was dry and missing a big portion of the strawberry frosting by the time I got it home because the frosting had rubbed off on the inside of the bag. The donut also seemed old.Compared to Krispy Kreme and my favorite place Duck Donuts, this donut was mediocre and stale.

We were very excited for this location to open due to the convenience but it is anything but convenient. They are very slow and can not get an order correct. I've been twice, the first time was right after they opened but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again this past weekend. Not only did we have to wait in excess of 30 minutes for a bagel and croissant but both items were not prepared as requested. Bagel wasn't toasted and the croissant had cheese after we asked not once but twice. This location needs a better crew or they will not last long. A bunch of kids walking around wondering what to do...not good.

I was one of the first people to this location when it opened. I got the free coffee voucher. Every single time I have come here the workers are sarcastic and rude. And they've messed up my coffee every single time. I am incredibly disappointed. Especially with it being a brand new location. I know all of these people had to have training on customer service and how to properly prepare their beverages.

Went thru drive through 1/12/2024 and ordered 50 munchkins of various types. Didn’t receive anything close to my request and only received 39 munchkins. Tried calling store number and no one will answer.

Every time we have gone to this location they have either closed or locked the doors so that you can't get in. Then if you go through the drive Thursday they are out of everything.

We've been here a few times and 2 of the 3 times they didn't put any sweetener in the coffee and the munchkins we asked for were not what we got. Both were on the screen correctly and not what we got in the orders. We are still excited that we have a Dunkin near us but if this is a sign of things to come it will fit right along with all the other Dunkins in town. If you want your orders to be right almost every time then Mocksville is the place to go, a little far to go but 99% of the time is the way you order it. We hope things improve for the local community and for the new Dunkin.

A very nice Dunkin’! I went through the drive thru and the guy serving me was very nice and helpful. It did take some time to receive my order, but I went a couple days after they just opened so I don’t blame them - they’re new. Everything was delicious and I had a great experience! ☺️
