I love this Dunkin! The staff are so cheery in the morning, which is a great way to start my day with some positive interactions. Even when the line is around the building I can count on them, I've never waited in line for more than 15 minutes. Bonus points for how much I've been here and never had my order incorrectly made :)

I worked for dunkin over for over three years…. I have tried this one over and over because I usually love dunkin and they open before I have work. This is unfortunately the worst I have been to. I just get a sweet tea with blueberry and raspberry. Quite literally the drink has never been good or even sweetened. As a former employee I know this is easy to make so I do not see how it is unsweetened with no flavor time and time again? Very disappointing.

Just left the Dunkin Donuts on Peter's Creek Pkwy were I ordered a chocolate covered cream filled donut and was told they don't have those. I just got one last Sunday from the same Dunkin Donuts!! Please don't change the menu according to the staff. Be consistent for goodness sake! Got a Frappe yesterday, it was horrible. I guess there is no training class for new employees!

They told my son to leave and basically called him a liar. He had a mobile order. I placed it myself. He couldn't get me on the phone and they made him leave because he didn't have a receipt. When I called and talked to Connie...she asked if I knew how many homeless people come in there to steal mobile orders. Smdh. Didn't assume things about people. He didn't do anything wrong.
