I stopped in as I was in a hotel nearby and didn't want hotel breakfast. I know this is a chain but I had never eaten at any before, and not sure I would again. The staff was friendly and attentive, however I was the only person there, so if they weren't that would have been odd. The food was ok, slightly above average. My biggest complaint is the price. I had the stuffed French Toast, and a cup of coffee, with a tip, the bill came to just under 20$.
So this is the newer of the two Famous Toasteries in the area. We live about a 5 minute walk from the one downtown. This one is far better. The food, service, friendliness of the staff is far greater than the other location. If something is wrong or off, they will quickly fix it. Don't sleep on this location.

Came here on a busy Saturday with about 15 people to celebrate my birthday. Really enjoyed the staff, we were seated quickly and everyone was pleasant. Will definitely be returning! The food was great, better than any other breakfast spot I've had. Thank you all to all the staff that helped out on that special day!
