The staff is always so friendly and funny! My water broke here when I was pregnant, and the staff was so sweet in helping me with that. The food is always good. We've never left here disappointed. The music is a little bit or miss, but otherwise, the atmosphere is pleasant!Kid-friendliness: They're so welcoming to kids and have items on the menu that are portioned well for them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to know one I refuse to go back the menu says things are included in the omelette but they claim commas are a meaning of or they refuse to give us to go box’s they give us baby box’s don’t come here!!!!!!!!!!! The toast was hard as a rock when we cashed out they didn’t give us any change waiter said they give change only a dollars there menus are very disleading to customers most restaurant tell u how many sides we were told commas mean or

Modern building. There is plenty of free parking. Plenty of handicapped ♿️ parking. The parking lot is on the same level as the restaurant.We have not been to an IHOP for *years* and did not participate in the "burger place" debates. The new (to us) expanded menu is amazing. Very nice "55+" selections. You can order anything from breakfast items to steak!

This is the first time I have been to an IHOP in over 20 years due to a very bad experience back then. I was a bit worried about current reviews, but my kiddo wanted to go for the Sonic game collab they are having. I am so glad we gave it another try. Our waitress Valerie was lovely. We were seated fast, and the food came out timely, hot, and tasty. The only complaint I have is it would have been nice if we had gotten a sonic memento with our meal, but I can't hold that against the location. Great job Valerie and kuddos to the chef!Dietary restrictions: Sugar free syrup for diabetics.

Can not believe that kids meals don't come with drink....they barely come with food. All other restaurants come with drink for kids. Also they do not participate in kids eat free after 4pm but it's listed no where even though corporate website advertises this. Should have asked but been coming to IHOP forever and this has always been an option. Won't be back $70 for pancakes ya right.

Our server was great! People were really enjoying themselves all around. I highly recommend this IHOP. Maybe I shouldn't say it because I like being able to be seated fast lol ? but really it was a very nice start to the day.
Ordered breakfast through Uber eats. two orders both messed up: The breakfast sampler had the SORRIEST pancakes I've ever seen in my life (like half the size of IHOPS standard pancakes) and was missing Blueberry syrup. They gave me gravy for who knows what reason. The other order, their new(ish) biscuit sandwich came in pieces, and missing cheese. They gave me no utensils, no napkins, and one of the plain syrups had busted and coated the food containers. This IHOP sucks. Will not be ordering from them again.Also, drinks are over 4 bucks?! What??? Maybe IHOP is fine when you dine in, but until they can sort themselves out, I don't think they should even offer their menu through online delivery services.
Terrible service, I waited for my food for an hour and 20 minutes and the place was empty, the staff was very bad, the waiter who served me forgot he had a table and it was very unhygienic, they should close!!!
