Extremely rude and insulting customer service. I purchased ink based on the ink selector on the site. I had no idea that my printer needed to be modified in order to use their ink. I fully expect that a company should have support for the products they sell. The CS had absolutely no idea how their own products worked and had the nerve to ask if I called just to argue with him. I now have $150 work of ink I cannot use!!! I’m sure the person who responds to these reviews is the same person who answers the phone and will not accept responsibility for the poor customer service.

I ordered 2 different 8 in edible cake images, customized. One of them I chose the wrong color for the writing so you can't see it but that was my error. They turned out EXACTLY how I ordered. The images were bright and clear, absolutely perfect! (Just make sure you order the right color for the text, don't be like me lol) will Def continue doing business here!

This was a first and last purchase. The customer service is extremely poor. I wasn't angry or mad when I called with questions. However, the person I spoke with immediately became rude to me without ever having a conversation with me. I did explain why I was calling and that I wasn't upset I just had some questions. However, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I advised the customer service rep that I would not be making anymore purchases due to the interaction with her and the response was ok. Call ended.

Ended up placing an order from here less than a week ago.Wish I can say what I payed was worth it.Ended up paying for expedited shipping for their ink refillables, ended up getting to me just barely on time when I needed them.Ended up opening the yellow which I direly needed the most & sad to say I had no yellow in my package. I thought at first maybe it looked like a weird color because I didn’t shake it but after looking closer I say I had double the black. I have no nice words to say about this experience and hope no one goes through this.
Paid $50 for software that I can no longer use as they have canceled all the license keys after 2 years and state that you have to repurchase the software from the original company!
