I ordered a combo for delivery, all I got was my sandwich for $20, there was supposed to be a bag of chips and drink. SMH I will not have anything from here delivered again .

I'm not sure if today was an off day. But the staff looked miserable. As a food service worker myself, I understand life stress, but also, once you step into that uniform, your now represent what that company stands for. They made it difficult to customize the sandwich I chose to start. Didn't listen to the toppings I chose. And also not communicating with anyone but each other. I love most locations, but thos one missed the bar. I usually tip what I spend when I get food, but today I left zero. If they had shown a shred of appreciation that I brought my business to them instead of disdain, I could have done a nice thing. All I heard was complaining about big orders this early ?. I run a restaurant, and I understand, but as soon as that guest walks in, I at least say hello. I wasn't greeted till a minute or so, and I had a rough night myself, I've been feeling ill and just wanted a sub. This was gonna be my happy place, but all it was was this location being the worst I've ever been to.

Chicken chipotle sub lacked flavor and the bread was very soggy, I asked for steak…didn’t realize until I got back to work my order was wrong, mistakes happen so its cool but this will be my last time at your establishment.

Jersey mikes is always a consistently good choice for a good ol sub. This location is always busy which is a good sign. They have plenty of staff and keep things moving quickly. I usually order online and when I get there my food is always sitting on the stand waiting to be picked up. I love their Philly and chicken cheese steaks. Great quality meat and cheeses. I also get the club which is always piled high with meat. You can't beat these subs for the prices either. Jersey mikes has easily rised to the top of my list of favorite sub shops.

We ordered a sub through Uber eats it was completely wrong, the manager blamed it on being a 3rd party order. He was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. We will take our business to the University Pkwy one or to a completely different sub shop. My wife is very allergic to tomatoes and they were on the sub. If I could score that Jersey Mike's sub shop I would give it zero stars.
