First off I ordered my sub as a salad and the lettuce they were trying to give me was nasty. I asked them did they have any fresh lettuce then he started getting it from the bottom. Is that what Jersey Mike employees is taught to do, is put the old lettuce on top of the fresh lettuce?? Your employees need more training. There is definitely some cross contamination as you have a employee checking people out taking money, then subs are passed to him for him to cut all while he is using the same GLOVES!! Then to top that, after he finishes that he goes to fix other subs and still didn't change his gloves. Now how nasty is that?? You need to do better. Tea h to change out gloves or at least wash their hands in between doing things. This is how people get SICK.

Always love whatever sandwich I choose here. Great value for the price and a nice menu to choose from. Plus they gave all their proceeds from the day on Wed, March 27 to cancer research. Being a 3 time breast cancer survivor, that touched my heart, so of course we had to have dinner there!!
Very poor service the Chinese guy who took my order was not professional at all, when I arrived there was no one else in the lobby, he started my order and at the moment another customer came in he stopped preparing my food and when to serve that customer, I asked him why he didn’t finish my order first and then help the customer who came way after me and he replied that he can do both of our orders at the same time .? them he literally threw my bread on the counter and a girl came and finished and he finished the other customer, what’s up with giving individual customers attention as they come in??? I will never go back, by away is the restaurant located at Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem, NC

I have had a pretty bad year and this past week seemed to be a pile on. Health, family, money family health you name it. I was walking into the store on the phone with more bad news. When I hung up there was a young man and lady standing at the ready to take my order. I told them my order and the young man asked me how I was doing. I dropped my guard and said pretty lousy but thanks for asking anyway. He said, "I'll make you the best sandwich you ever had." While he was doing that, the young lady said she was sorry to hear about my day. I gave them quick, abbreviated rundown on the last 6 months of my life. I don't know why, I am a pretty closely guarded person, but maybe it was just a build up of garbage and I vented and I took the opportunity to blow off some steam on some stranger's. They both smiled, said they hope my day got better and they bought my lunch. I couldn't speak to properly thank them. I was caught off guard and I didn't get names either. I don't know about the staff member here and the other posters that have commented on here about them, but these two kids give me a little hope in teenage generation. The young man was right. It was the best sandwich I have ever had. Thanks, you two made my month.

Jersey mikes is truly my favorite place to eat but this has to be the worst location I’ve been to. Every time I have been here it has taken forever to even order and even longer for the sandwiches to be made. The service is the slowest I’ve seen and it is disappointing considering how good the food is.

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted I was standing at the register and no one said anything instead they were standing talking with each other!!! I finally said hello and someone came over! My steak and cheese was not up to standard I could’ve made that sandwich at home! I will never return to this
Used to be one of my favs! They have changed the menu and no longer have Pastrami.... Who does that? I like how bright they are inside. The service was great! Still pissed about the Pastrami. I'm not sure I will go back any time soon.

Used to get takeout from here all the times the last 2 times my cheese steak was subpar. It was not made the way I ordered it (no bacon) and it was overloaded with onions that was wedged in one spot so I had a full bite of nothing but onions. I think I have ordered my last sandwich from this

Oct 3 18:00 shift When I entered the store, they were playing inappropriate racially charged music with lots of swearing with children and families present. When I began my order the 2nd song began with a “F” bomb. When I told the manager this music is inappropriate and doesn’t match the jersey Mike’s setting. She told me what am I supposed to do about it. The manager refused to turn the music off or to have the other employees turn off the music. she then asked me would “I bet you’d like if it were country music I bet? “ I told her that was inappropriate and racist and I will not be offering my business. She shouted I was an appropriate as I dismissed myself from the store location. Highly inappropriate and professional atmosphere, and I traditionally love Jersey Mike’s subs. They will not be getting my business
