My wife used to love going here when she was a child she bragged about how good the food was the whole way here and we get there and it was absolutely terrible. We will 100% never go back to this restaurant again had to get our money refunded to us that is how bad it was. The food was also cold and not good at

Food was mediocre. A lot of the dishes were out and being cooked, understandable to an extent but when thats coupled with rude employees and neglect to almost half the line, its unexcusable. Absolutely nobody was working the salad bar, one employee was having to race from the bread section all the way back to the entrees while others pranced around from the kitchen and back not carrying a single thing. I understand youre waiting for food to cook to supply the demand but, you do possess timers in your kitchen right? No point in repeating visits empty handed while customers are left standing 5+ minutes waiting on a salad. Used to be a great place to eat but I think i'll be skipping over K&W in the future.

WENT ON A SUNDAY BAD MISTAKE ! LONG LINE SLOW HELP !GOT COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 75% WAS BURNT AND COULDN'T EAT IT ! A LITTLE SHORT ON THE VEGGIES ! TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME ! HAD TO GO BACK AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM ! THE FOOD'S USUALLY GOOD BUT FOR 13 DOLLARS IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER !!!!!!
One of the cafeteria employees disrespected me and my wife because of our accent when speaking English. I will never patronize a place where they disrepect you for being Hispanic.

If you don't want to feel discriminated against this is not a good place to visit. An employee in the meat serving area, her treatment was horrible because she spoke very fast and I didn't understand her. I passed it on to another employee to serve my food because she couldn't understand her inappropriate language. A place I would not return.
