I go here often and am usually quite satisfied, but they are incredibly difficult when it comes to fixing their mistakes. They will try their best to make it the customer's fault and convince customers that the incorrectly made dish is acceptable. I've had it happen to me a couple of times and have also observed them giving other customers a hard time. Last night, I ordered chicken with broccoli in a white sauce. We were very clear about the sauce and the clerk even recited it back to clarify and make sure we didn't want brown sauce. So, what did we get? Brown sauce. The clerk wanted to argue, but eventually backed down and became polite and apologetic. He told the cook what she'd done incorrectly. I took my meal home, opened it, and realized the chicken looked a little different from the way it usually does in white sauce. After tasting it, I realized I hadn't received a freshly made entree. It was clear that the cook had just put the chicken and broccoli through a light rinse and then coated it with hot clear sauce. When I tasted it, there was still a hint of the old sauce. Fortunately, it was acceptable, but I did not appreciate the deceit. For all they knew, I could have been allergic to one of the ingredients in the sauce they had left remnants of in my meal. They had no concern about that. All they cared about was saving a couple of bucks by recycling ingredients rather than tossing them out.

Tables were unkempt. I wanted the lunch special, s& said chicken w/ pork fried rice for $7.95. I was sold the plater s&s chicken, pork fried rice w/o egg roll for $9.95. Plus, one can of soda for $2. $11.95 total.NOT HAPPY!

General Tso's chicken was old and appeared to have been fried previously. Instead of chicken inside the breading, 80% of pieces were just fried breading and hard to chew. What few pieces with chicken the meat was hard, dry and stringy. The fried rice was disgusting and tasted & looked like leftovers with water added to "fluff" it. Pieces of pork in rice were burnt and not fresh. The lady who waited on me was friendly, though. And the egg roll was freshly fried and edible.

Been a customer for almost 20 years. Admit that I haven't been there since COVID but today I decided to eat some egg foo young. When I got back to the house and opened the container I was shocked at how small the two patties were. The patties were 1/2 the size they used to be. Talk about Shrinkflation.... Tasted OK but was still hungry after eating their lunch special. Will be looking for a new chinese restaurant going forward.....

Great quality take-out Chinese in an unassuming back corner of the Harris Teeter Cloverdale location shopping center.

I have gone here for 15 years and love their food. That changed today. I will never go back. The chicken in the sweet and sour chicken were tiny shards of chicken with breading. What a shame. The egg rolls were burned and old.

The food was great! Although I like spring rolls, I ordered a pork egg roll. It wasn't a big enough deal to makes fuss over, so, I are it...lolThe dinning area is clean, but cluttered boxes, pamphlets and old magazines. With a little extra effort, the dinning room could be more inviting.Parking: Although there is free parking, Kowloon sits in the corner of an "L": shaped strip mall, making close parking nearly impossible.

Ate here last summer and it was terrible. Tonight (June 9 2023) it was the best Chinese I've had in America. The egg roll was fresh and crispy, not over fried and the chicken lo main was delicious with thin tender chicken strips and plenty of veggies.

Today was my 3rd visit here. We've loved the food each time. The lady who waited on me each time is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who loves Church food.I tried their food for the first time today. Shows I cannot always go by some reviews! My husband and I were very pleased with the Honey Chicken w/ fried rice. Spring rolls were just right. I also found the lady who waited on me very polite, she greeted me as I entered and said thank you when she gave me my order. I will definitely buy from them again.
