This food was so cold to the point that it felt like it was just sitting there for 2 days the crazy bread was raw and cold and the pizza was cold. Don’t recommend.

It took too long to at least say; "I will be right with you". In fact I waited like 10 minutes on the intercom before someone said something.After that, it took another 5 minutes at the window for someone to come out and speak, at the window. Total, 15 to 20 minutes wasted unnecessarily, in addition for the time waiting to get my order ready,I understand they were "maybe busy". But just by saying something; everything would be fine, because we understand when it gets busy. Silence brings a message.
They didn't have any hot an ready cheese pizzas. We ordered two of them took 45 minutes. Waiting in line. Manger had a good spirit though.

Drive thru, was very packed, waited in drive thru line to pay, then to be pulled to sit and wait some more. Food was great, staff was friendly. Just a long wait for first come first serve fresh delish pizzaParking: Very limited parking and the drive thru wrap around makes it impossible to leave from their lot directly. Much easier to pull in and to exit through the gas station neighboring it.

So, I ordered online and received an email stating that my order was ready. I showed up, and my code was invalid, but my food was in the portal. Take a look at what I received. Not only was it burnt, but it was hard. So disappointed. Not good advertising

Arrived to find that management decided today would be drive thru only. After twenty minutes in the drive thru line, when I got to the window an employee informed me that they were still preparing the order that had been placed ahead of time and I should pull into a parking spot and wait for someone to bring out my order.After another twenty minutes of waiting, I got back in the drive thru line, a longer line than it was when I first got in line. Upon arriving at the window, I was informed they were still making the order.

Probably one of the most poorly run establishments in the area. Wait time is incredibly long, drive through doesn’t move quickly and backs up making it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Employees do not know how to manage customer flow.

I ordered in store at your Silas Creek location in Winston-Salem NC on Saturday February 24th 2024. I ordered at 12:59 pm but my order didn’t begin to be made until 1:20 pm and it was rushed. My pizza was inedible. The dough was raw under the cheese. I ordered a sausage Detroit Deep dish pizza.

I mistakenly gave them an expired card and one of the workers actually offered to pay for my pizza. I found my card but so thoughtful to offer.
Can never go wrong with Little Caesar’s. Great pizza, breadsticks, etc. Good service too, will be coming
